Paul Bradley's Online Review Report Card

I have been receiving a bill for services I didn't receive from the office of Dr. Bradley and letters from a collection service for said bill. The person that did see Dr. Bradley has the same first and last name as mine. I don't know if the collection service just sends out letters to anyone with the same first and last name or what. I did speak with Privia Medical Group of Georgia the company that sends out bills for the doctor's office and was told any wrong patent information would have been generated by the Doctor's. staff. If you plan on using this facility, you better hope the Doctors are better at what they do because the billing department apparently does not!!!!!!

The office is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting. They staff isn’t friendly. I’ve wait to wait an excessive amount of time every time I’ve been there.

He is absolutely the best! My family and I have been patients for many years! Sometimes you do have to wait, but you know that the same care and attention will be given to you. Recent improvements in contacting personnel to leave information or get same has been improved. Thankful and blessed to be a patient of Dr. Bradley.

Let me begin by saying that I have a multitude of illnesses and due to a medication I have gained an immense amount of weight. Not from diet or any other method. Im only able to eat two of the healthiest foods because of dietary issues.One of my issues that I've dealt with since I was 13 is Bulimia. Dr. Bradley was made aware of this. That being said my weight is an extremely sensitive subject and I have fought the urges the last 5 years.Due to how strongly and long Dr. Bradley continued to talk solely about my weight I lost my battle. I left the office bawling my eyes out.Word to the Wise:If you have ANY weight issues, that you aren't looking to be addresaed, go see someone else. If weight is the reason you need to be seen then he is perfect for you.

When I finally got an appt to see Dr. Bradley I had to wait to see him for over an hour. I was getting frustrated when I was the last person in the waiting room. When I finally got in to see him I was thrilled with him. Having come from the same doctor for over 30 yrs I was so happy to finally find a doctor here in Savannah who took the time I needed with him. He talked to me and listened to me. We made a plan and with some ups and downs I am finally happy with my doctor. He is extremely busy but no matter what he will give you the time you need. I have found that all of his patients feel the same way. You are a person to him. Not just a diagnosis he treats both you and the problem together. A lost art today with the younger generation. To him it is still a profession not just a job. I love that.
