I had my surgery in May 2015. Dr. Greco is hands down the best surgeon. My experience was wonderful. His staff are pretty awesome as well. He did an amazing job. People are amazed that I have breast implants because they look so natural. I will be back in 2 years for my 10 year switch out.

The staff was wonderful! As for Dr Greco not so much. After 2 liposuction I still haven’t got what I asked for. The last one, he barely took anything off. I don’t know what I paid for. When I went in for my last checkup, he was rude and spoke of me to his nurse as though I wasn’t there. He never seems to do what I ask, but wants me to keep coming back so he can charge me for what he should have already done. Very upset. Feel like I wasted alot of money and didn’t get what I asked for. Now there response will be that I probably had unreasonable expectations. Not so, the last surgery he showed me in a picture what he was going to take off. The after pictures , you can see he didn’t take nearly what he was suppose to.Disgusted and fed up! Better reconsider if your going for any kind of lift and lipo.

From start to finish Dr. Greco and his staff have been phenomenal! I am one year post-op with a BL & BA and I could not have picked a better crew. They were recommended to me by a good friend (with also amazing results) and I definitely will (and have) recommended them to others. Your consultation will leave you comfortable & informed. I promise!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Greco since 2015 and he’s the only Plastic Surgeon in Savannah I will let do any procedure. Him and his office staff are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.

Dr Greco and his staff, Christina, Jim, Betty and all the rest are an AMAZING team!! They have constantly great attitudes and really spend time and detail on every patient!! I never felt rushed or pressured and the advice was in my best interest, even if it was less money! They also did have competitive pricing, but I'd pay more for their service over what others provide! Recommendations for life!

Doctor is short and unfriendly. Evidently it’s time to retire. Known him for years and he is not the same compassionate friendly physician I used in the past
