This is the best pediatrician medical group ever. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors are all AMAZING

Dr. Robert Jones his staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST My grandchildren have been going to him since birth. They are 10 8 2 yrs old. One has Autism one has ADHD..Dr. Jones his staff are sooo patient understanding loving I would NOT change Pediatricians for ANYTHING The other Physicians in this practice are good also

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. R. P. JONES to ANY family thats looking for A1 PEDIATRIC CARE Everyone at this office from the front desk staff the apptmnt. scheduler to the Nurses in the back..they provide EXCELLENT Customer Service. The other Dr. PA are EXCELLENT also. My three Grandchildren have been with Dr. Jones for 8 12 yrs THEY range from ages 9 7 1. And one is A Special Needs Child...WE LOVE DR. JONES SOUTH COAST PEDIATRICS❤😊

There’s only one doctor that I’ll take my child to see and that’s Dr. Robert Jones. He’s been my child’s pediatrician since coming out of the womb. There are times however that he’s unavailable and we’ve had to see our doctors who are just as great in their own respect. If you’re looking for an excellent pediatrician then you’re certainly at the right place.

Extremely thorough pediatrician. Dr. Jones is experienced and knowledgeable and displays kindness towards both patients and parents. Dr. Jones examines and explains in great detail and will take the time to answer all of your questions. The front office staff is friendly and efficient and the waiting area is always clean and presentable. We never have to wait very long to be seen. As a parent I found it difficult and unnerving to find the right pediatrician with only internet reviews and the experiences of others to rely on. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Jones as my sons physician. I encourage you to give him a try.

I love bringing my four children ages 17 15 11 and 1 to his office in which weve come for 4 years now. Ive never had a complaint with anything except my Tricare copays are a little steep. Dr. Jones gives off a vibe of GENUINELY caring for my children. The office could use more of a children friendly touch like toys books kids TV show on wall decor such as Disney pictures but it is very neat and well maintained.

Dr Jones is fantastic I have older childrentween and teen he was very informativeand made them feel comfortable. My daughter had to get four shots and Nurse Jackie was PHENOMENAL Thank you Nurse Jackie??

Dr. Jones is polite and great with kids. His staff and office are amazing. However I am overall disappointed with my experience. I find him to be quite outdated with a lot of his information regarding infant care. His recommendations on breast feeding were particularly awful. He is judgmental about vegetarianism safe cosleeping even room sharing and encourages solids at two months old. I felt as though he did not want to take the time to discuss things with me such as vaccinations even when I had questions. Its as though he expects parents to be ignorant or complacent in their childs care and does not want to take the time to be informative or even ask your wishes. His care is in no way individualized. I think he has a caring personality and good rapport with children but he needs to update his knowledge base especially when it comes to babies nutrition. I do not recommend him for anyone who wants to know what is going into their childrens bodies or any attachment parenting families.
