Dr Moody was fine but the office manager is horrible. My mother cancelled her follow up appointment that she didn’t know about when she got the confirmation because she couldn’t make it. She later got a $60 bill for not showing. She was finally able to get the office manager on the phone to explain she canceled that appointment. The manager began screaming at my mom telling her she did not cancel the appointment and she went back and pulled all the phone records. Mom still calmly told her that she did talk to someone to cancel. The manager was screaming so loud at my mom I was sitting across the room and could hear everything she was saying. She told mom she will never let her schedule another appointment there. Mom was in tears by the time she hung up. Nobody in my family will ever go there again!

I've seen Dr Moody 2times He referred me to Dr Bailey for a biopsy to remove lymph nodes and lung tissue about a week after surgery I went back to see Dr Bailey and he wasn't in I saw one of his assistants and he seemed confused as to why I was there he read the results from the biopsy and said that I have CLL LEUKEMI I have an appointment with DR MOODY next week. DR Moody is a very good doctor. But his staff is difficult To work with. I hope he can tell me more about CLL.And what kind of treatment I'll be on. I've only heard good stuff about DR MOODY. which is leukemia read the results to me and explained that I had leukemia CLL explain to me that I had CLL leukemia

Dr. Moody takes the time to explain things to you. Following his advice and medications has kept my COPD from progressing quickly. He helps you understand what COPD is and what to expect. I am very thankful he is my doctor

My name is Leonard raider I was diagnosed with pulmonary lung disorder By doctor Moody a year ago This disease was caused by Working for the government and is being paid for on a workman's compensation . Doctor Moody I found to be a great doctor however getting past his front staff And their incompetence in billing Has proven to be more than I can handle. I must seek care elsewhere I suggest everyone else does the same just because of the front staff. Is what is shame.

I have been a patient for a few years. I had a appointment with Dr Moody and yes I was late by 15 minutes. The front desk staff told me they had a ten minute late policy. I tried to explain I was stuck in traffic. It took me over 1.5 hours to reach his office from Richmond Hill Ga.because of a wreck on I-95. Their response was I would have to reschedule. I wasted 3 hours of my time going to his Savannah Ga office.
