The BEST Opthalmologist! We received some unsettling news from an Optometrist this morning and then this evening (at the end of the day) Dr. Boland asked us to bring our son in as a new patient. Dr. Boland was very thorough and put my mind at ease. The office was very clean and the staff was very kind and professional. The BEST!!!

Dr. Boland is in a league of his own . He is fabulous . He goes the extra mile when needed for his patient. He is a superior doctor who genuinely cares . He saved my mom”s life some years back. Here’s what happened. My elderly mom was having trouble with sight in one eye she had appt. with Dr. Boland . Upon examining her eye and talking to her He took his stethoscope and listened to her neck . He was checking the arteries flow. He was very very concerned about my mom He said the reason for the vision loss in one eye was due to blockage in her neck . My mom had cough that Triggered eye problem . Dr. Boland said that if she gets more blockage in her neck it would go straight to the brain. My dad said that Dr. Boland got his staff moving ASAP on finding my mom an appointment for ultrasound on her neck and got them information and names etc for further care. And assistance in getting appointment quickly. he was concerned for my mom’s life . You are not going to see that kind of concern and extraordinary care and extraordinary measures anywhere. Again due to her loss of vision , symptoms etc. he listened to her neck with stethoscope And got her tests etc. ASAP. My mom”s neck had over 80 percent blockage . Shortly after appt. with him, my mom had Surgery on her neck to unblock things. My mom recovered well Thanks to wonderful thoracic surgeon. DR. BOLAND was responsible for saving my mom”s life. If he didn’t do all that, my mom wouldn’t have received tests And surgery she needed . The only ophthalmologist that goes above and beyond. He was scared for my mom”s life. And he got his office working on getting my mom the medical tests and help she needed ASAP. THE VERY BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!!!.

Dr Boland & staff provided excellent care for an urgent eye situation at an affordable cost. Highly recommend. Very please to see chairs were cleaned after use in waiting room.

I needed to have cataract surgery on both of my eyes and Dr. Boland was very helpful in explaining everything. I learned of the new laser assisted technique that makes surgery safer and the new styles of implants he uses to more fully correct for astigmatism and aid in near vision. It made me much more comfortable and relaxed. The surgery was very easy to go through and my vision is very clear. Thank you Dr Boland for the best care I could have received.
