Everyone was fantastic from scheduling, to front desk staff. Ty and Dr. Patel are wonderful. I didn't expect much as this is my first appointment but they surpassed all expectations. Dr. Patel's bedside manner is fantastic. He listens intently and is so friendly and so nice. Also super knowledgeable about all things and i did not once feel judged or spoken down to. Meeting Ty was like talking to a close friend I haven't seen in a while. Highly highly recommend this crew to anyone looking for a new pcp

I would like to thank Dr. Patel for being a wonderful doctor, he is very thorough, compassionate and takes good care of his patients. Tyesia in his office is very kind, she makes sure all the patients needs are met, and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Nothing but good things to say about my husband's entire experience from the beginning of checking in to the end of checking out. Everyone was friendly and you can tell they just wanted to help the patient. "Best Medical Experience Ever" !!

I can't express enough how impressed I was with the thoroughness and understanding of every issue addressed during my 1st visit. It definitely makes a difference when you know someone genuinely cares about your well being, especially when the past 2 years of your life has brought your health down due to grief. I know that I'm going to be ok and definitely felt a sense of relief just from talking to Dr Patel and his nurse about things. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and understanding today.
