Went for a 1 month follow up after meds increase. I was turned away because I had a cough (the medication gave me a cough previously) and had traveled to the Atlanta area in the past 3 weeks. I was told to lower the meds back to what it had been previously, which was no longer working to control my issues, and come back in 3 weeks. I was pretty upset, because prior to making my appointment I informed that I had the cough, no fever and no other COVID-19 symptoms. I could have been told over the phone to lower my meds and come in 3 weeks. However, you let me show up in person to tell me that. If you were so concerned with me being exposed that you couldn't see me then the very least you could have done was refered your heart patient to be teseted for the virus. I left feeling my health wasn't important.

Dr. Bolch saved my life yesterday. I was experiencing progressively worse chest pains; he saw me immediately, ordered a CT Scan promptly, diagnosed the 95% blockage to my heart and seamlessly inserted the stent. Now I am back to great health, enjoying every heartbeat and eternally GRATEFUL to Dr. Bolch, Dr. Watson and the entire SOUTHCOAST care experience.
