Been going there for years!!! Love the doctors and the staff is wonderful. Never had any complaints
My mom trusted you all with all 4 of her children myself & brothers, & now I'm bringing my son ! The staff is awesome & are so professional ! Dr. Reigner is the BEST 🤩
From my 1st born to my 4th...you all are awesome! I appreciate everything you all have done for my children.
Was a pleasant experience with my children the staff was welcoming and professional.
Doctors are nice. But the staff for appointment need improvement when talking to people.
Good doctors, horrific staff. Don’t go here if you can help it. Very unprofessional, unkind, and unreasonable. Poor manners. They are unwilling to take ANY extra step in helping the patient. What a waste. I feel for the doctors because the staff is actively ruining their practice.
We love Southcoast Health Pediatrics! Dr. Mozer is the best and we absolutely love him and his team! So glad we chose him as our daughter’s pediatrician!
The physician was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my child's needs. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience.
I’m not sure how I feel about this location. I went in for a lactation consultation for my newborn and for some reason I’m not sure if it was because of my insurance that I was treated fairly by your nurse practitioner. She basically told me in so many ways he won’t be breastfed when unbeknownst to her I have spoken to other lactation “experts” and they did not see these issues. She had an assistant with her and I felt the assistant had more helpful tips than her. I’m not sure if I would trust my children with their care if they have these preconceived notions about parents based off of their insurance. Also every time I make an appointment like clock work for my wellness checks they have called to reschedule at the last minute. As a working parent this should not happen as often as it does. Because it is very hard to wait a month out for an appointment then the dm day before your office calls and rescheduled. Imagine if I had done this to your staff! also be very careful with your newborns here at this office. My newborn at the hospital was ran twice for yellow jaundice both tests came back great. I get to this office they had given me at least 2 more appointments for my infant that I know for fact that he didn’t need. One was for “weight monitoring” his weight was fine he weighed almost 7 pounds at the hospital. the other was for another jaundice test. I’m not quite sure if they thought I was a first time mom that did it know any better or if it was because age or race. Whatever the case maybe I canceled those appointments after I was home and thought about the suspect reasonings behind it. These people are all about the money. I’m not so sure about the wellness part.
Doctors are okay but nurses are terrible Candace acted like she hates her job no charisma made me feel like she didn’t even care about the health of my baby beware of that nurse horrible service

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
