On hold just to reschedule my appointment for over an hour? Definitely no excuse for that. I can also agree with most of the other reviews that this office is confused, and rude whenever I come in for my appointments. Dr. Dulamal is a fantastic doctor, but they need to hire people that are compassionate about their job at the front desk. Don't like your job, the doors right there! Say it all the time.Update* I'm still on hold, also have my fiancee trying to call, and the phones are down..

The staff in this office is rude and inefficient. If you want to give good service in a doctors office you should have a staff that is educated and compassionate!!! Twice I’ve been to this and everyone seems confused and rude!Stop hiring cheap people South Coast!!

Wait times are horrible. I always show up 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time and still end up waiting a hour past appointment time. I once waited 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment blood pressure check.. Unacceptable. Why have a scheduled appointment time if you just end up waiting. Its been this way for years at this office. STOP OVERBOOKING. My time is just as valuable as the doctors. I would like someone to contact me about this issue. I dont want some auto-generated response saying we are sorry. This is a ongoing issue and unacceptable.

While Dr. Dulamal is a fine doctor, a caring and compassionate human being, this practice has an incredibly rude and belligerent staff.

Wait time is hours. Scheduling is impossible. Getting someone on the phone takes forever. If you're sick you can't get in for weeks & you never see your doctor. Getting a refill (if they forget to call it in) takes days. Lab appointments are over an hour. Check out process is another long wait. If you have an issue, South Coast will shove you from one of their specialty doctors (all at different locations) to another. No one ever communicates with the other and everyone of them has a seperate co-pay. Please let Dr. Updegraff leave this incredibly cold and unprofessional place so she can practice medicine for the patience who love her!

You will ALWAYS have to wait 1-1.5hrs after your appointment time to see a doctor here. It’s ridiculous.

My new doctor is wonderful. Dr. Dulamal has already treated me 2 times and I am proud to say he is extremely nice, professional and he actually listens to me before making a diagnosis. I give a 5 star rating to Dr. Dulamal and his nurses and staff. Thank you for helping me Dr.

I've been a patient here for several years, very happy for the most part. Just wanted to note that the hours posted here are not the hours their phone line is open. Phone line doesn't appear to open until 8:30am.

Employees are really nice but I don’t think I will be coming back here. My appointment was for 3:45 and I am still waiting, it’s now going on 5:15pm. I had many things to do today with no updates or apologizes
