Dr. Samaddar was professional yet friendly and willing to answer questions and explain what was causing my problem as well as discussing procedures that would best work to treat it. He administered the cortisone shot himself rather than sending in a nurse to do it. The only problem I had was not with the doctor or nurses, but the awful 'check in' procedure, which was difficult and time consuming. I wished they would use South Coast's method of simply checking in online and paying the co-pay prior to the appointment. After doing that all one needs to do is tell the receptionist that one had already checked in online, they confirm it and tell one to take a seat and wait to be called.
