Thomas J Hogan's Online Review Report Card

I choose Mr Thomas Hogan to replace my aunt's doctor that retires Dr. Brown. She is 99years old. First visit did very short exam. Had a health question. Called office with no reply for 24hrs and still no response. He is not a Doctor he is a money collecter. Don't recommend.

Awesome doctor! Gets you in and out in no time!! Answers all of your questions. Has a good staff.

I had high hopes going into this appointment after all the glowing reviews, however, my annual physical with Dr. Hogan was a complete waste of time. After waiting almost a month for my appointment, I went (as a new patient) and after waiting half an hour past my appointment time, Dr. Hogan spent a total of three minutes with me. He barely read over my forms, as I had numerous health concerns, made rude assumptions about my mental health as opposed to asking me questions, and didn't bother to address any of my medical issues unless I brought them up. After very briefly listening to my heart, he told me everything looked fine (I'm not sure how you can tell my entire body was fine after only listening to my heart for twenty seconds, but what do I know?), he wrapped things up. I barely had enough time to ask him to suggest some pain specialists in the area for me to go to for my CRPS and he just said "no I don't know anyone, can't help you," before leaving. I was extremely upset over my "appointment", especially when I was a new patient and expected a more in depth appointment.

Dr. Hogan and his staff have been so helpful to my family and supportive of my nom since her stroke. She loves Dr. Hogan he is really good at explaining anything you don't understand and will call back at his earliest convenience to help you understand anything you don't. The staff is also vary helpful and understanding and friendly something that I feel has been lost in professional settings Dr. Hogan's office gets it right

This was a new patient meeting and I could not have been more impressed. The receptionist was pleasant and accommodating and was prepared for my visit. After filling out the paperwork, I was called into meet Dr. Hogan right at the appointed time. I found him to be pleasant and easy to communicate with. He reviewed the material that I had brought with me and set up a follow-up meeting with a physical exam six months hence with a lab order. The checkout person was accommodating and set up my next visits at a time which was convenient for me.

Dr. Hogan has always been kind and considerate, fully explaining any questions I may ask in a short and concise manner. We appreciate him and have been seeing him since moving to GA in 2012.

I have been seeing Dr. Hogan for over 20 years. He will see you the same day and goes to the hospital once or twice each day Very caring and has a great staff. 5 star rating with me and also AAAAA plus to go with it.

My first visit with Dr. Hogan was excellent. He took his time to understand my history and concerns, made recommendations and a plan for my well care including referrals to other providers. I'm relatively new to the area and having such great care and resources is invaluable. I didn't feel rushed in the process. The office staff is very friendly and very efficient. My appointment was on time. I will recommend Dr. Hogan to anyone seeking and adult primary care physician.

Dr. Hogan listens and is very professional. My husband and I have been patients of his for about 8 years since we relocated from Chicago. We are extremely happy with his care! He has provided referrals when necessary and takes the extra steps to assure the best medical treatment.
