I met Dr. Finnegan in the emergency room when my appendix ruptured. I don't recall a lot from the ER but I recall the time afterwards. Dr. Finnegan cared for me the next couple of months. (There were 2 surgeries; lots of healing) He was compassionate, easy going, and very personable. Great surgeon! I just hope I never have to see him under those circumstances again. Thank you, Dr. Finnegan!

Highly recommend! Dr. Finnegan is fantastic, he is chill, very personable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to explain very clearly everything about the procedure and recovery time and answered all my questions. He and his clinical team are all friendly, accessible and truly care about their patients. The Savannah community is lucky to have such an outstanding surgeon here.

Dr Finnegan is a great surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner and was very clear about my procedure including the recovery time plus what all he had done to correct my hernias. It was a pleasant experience having him as my doctor. I would recommend him to anyone needing surgery

I highly recommend Dr. Finnegan! He spends a great deal of time with his patients to explain everything and answer all questions. He truly cares and responded to my post surgical question personally, even when he was not in office. He is a very kind and compassionate doctor that puts the comfort of his patients first. I have had multiple surgeries in the past and I can provide an honest perspective that this has been by far my best experience with a surgeon and his care team. Absolutely outstanding!
