Troy A. Murphy's Online Review Report Card

When I went to my new patient appointment the waiting room was full so I knew it was going to be a wait. Once I was in the room I continued to wait and had to go out of the room to make sure I was not forgotten. Once Dr. Murphy came in he was nice attentive and apologetic. However a CT scan was scheduled for August 24th. At the CT scan I was told the dr would have the results that afternoon or the next day. It is now Sept 9th and I still havent heard from Dr. Murphys office. Lexis RN called me and left a message. I have called her back the last 2 days and have yet to get a return call. On Aug 31st I had a mammogram lets see how long it takes to get those results. I am already looking for a new doctor.

Dr Murphy is the best He always takes the time to listen to my health issues and help me reach my goals. I lost 35 lbs and he has helped with with every issue I’ve had. I am now a week off my blood pressure medication and doing great. I watched some videos on the internet to help get rid of some saggy arm issues from losing the weight and it was not helping but with one visit to my dr to see if I could start weaning off the blood pressure meds he also show me how to work on my arms and his suggestion is working wonderfully. This dr is amazing. He is down to earth and always helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

I enjoyed my annual physical. Had to get immunization shots just to get current and do some labs. Havent had a doctorphysician since I was a child so things seemed very alien to me. Spoke with Dr. Murphy and felt very comfortable about my health and future health. The nurse and staff were very comforting and positive as well. Very grateful for them even if its once a year. Highly recommended especially if you havent been to a doctors office in a while.

He is very friendly and smart he hit each problem I was having right on the head he even helped me to lay out a whole plan of how to get myself in better health the nurses and lab team are also very nice this was my first visit the only thing I could complain about is the wait time but I was a new patient

Dr. Murphy is thorough respectful and kind. He actually listens to you and offers thoughtful specific advice. I’m in my 60s and I can’t recall ever having a doctor I trusted more.

Dr. Murphy is fantastic. Really nice guy and he actually listened to what I was saying and came up with a reasonable med plan instead of trying to overmedicate. Staff was also polite. Glad to have found him

Love this Doctor Hate his office thoBut back to Doctor Murphy He is very thoughtful and thorough without freaking you out. He also is a preventative Doctor who takes his time when he is check you out plus he is so sweet approachable or way to talk to because he is honestly listening to you.The office or to be specific the front desk is not friendly at all or I would have given him 5 stars.What a shame

Today was my first day at this practice and I came home feeling more educated about a condition of mine that was previously diagnosed by another provider. Dr. Murphy took the time to explain and draw it out for me. For two years I’ve been on medication and never really knew why or what it was doing for me. He actually takes the time to try and get to know you and you leave with good knowledge. He even walks you to the check out desk. I definitely recommend coming to this practice. The front desk and the nurses were all very nice as well. Thank you all for making my visit less stressful.

Very pleasant and professional office environment. Excellent doctor and terrific staff. SouthCoast has been treating all of my medical needs for 13 years and counting. I trust their services and I highly recommend them

Dr. Murphy leaves no stone unturned. You will have complete understanding of whats going on and what you need to do to help him help you.
