Where do I start with this guy Terrible bed side manor the worst I’ve seen in my life He is rude Degrading to me and my wife Did not care about me at all or my near death experience If I could give him zero stars I would Didn’t want to give us his time to explain anything about my position didn’t seem to want to answer any of my questions Didn’t respond to messages about my situation for hours which kept me in the hospital longer than needed He needs to find another profession If I were you I would stay away from this man he is simply a terrible doctor

My mother is an established patient of his and been having some issues since she has had covid. Her kidney doctor suggested that we see him due to her issue. He was very rude to me and would not even acknowledge my questions. He spoke directly to her and refused to let me explain anything. He seemed to be talking down to her during their conversation. I was very dissatisfied with his attitude. I have since found out that he put in his Doctors notes that the patient did not complain of chest pain or shortness of breath. However, she specifically mentioned it 3 different times and he blew that off as well.

Initial visit, in Pooler, GA. with Dr. Hartley was in 2017, 2 years after 3x by pass surgery in Macon, GA. Very helpful and reassuring techniques, and visits discontinued. Recent heart and fitness issues prompted my PCP to refer back to Dr. Hartley. Initial visit today, 9/24/20, was very informative and follow up care planned. Intake nurse, Chanyce, was very professional and efficient. The office is spacious, clean, and well staffed. I rate their caring, effective service 5 stars and would reccomend to anyone needing this type of care. Thank you. Ron Bogart

If you are looking for a caring, competent, and excellent cardiologist, choose Dr. William Hartley! He is thorough, yet takes the time to listen to his patients!
