My mother is an established patient of his and been having some issues since she has had covid. Her kidney doctor suggested that we see him due to her issue. He was very rude to me and would not even acknowledge my questions. He spoke directly to her and refused to let me explain anything. He seemed to be talking down to her during their conversation. I was very dissatisfied with his attitude. I have since found out that he put in his Doctors notes that the patient did not complain of chest pain or shortness of breath. However she specifically mentioned it 3 different times and he blew that off as well.

Initial visit in Pooler GA. with Dr. Hartley was in 2017 2 years after 3x by pass surgery in Macon GA. Very helpful and reassuring techniques and visits discontinued. Recent heart and fitness issues prompted my PCP to refer back to Dr. Hartley. Initial visit today 92420 was very informative and follow up care planned. Intake nurse Chanyce was very professional and efficient. The office is spacious clean and well staffed. I rate their caring effective service 5 stars and would reccomend to anyone needing this type of care. Thank you. Ron Bogart

If you are looking for a caring competent and excellent cardiologist choose Dr. William Hartley He is thorough yet takes the time to listen to his patients Bridget and Desiree are wonderful in his office and always wiilling to assist with great smiles I highly recommend Dr. Hartley and his staff Signed Lucinda Shultz

Wife and I had a 9 am appointment as taken into the exam room at 845 and saw the doctor at 9. Had a complete exam and was done at 930. Completely satisfied with the visit.
