Dr Burak has performed surgery on my wife twice for breast cancer, he and his staff made a very difficult time for us much easier. His caring manner puts you at ease and his skill as a surgeon has saved my wife’s life on two occasions. I can’t praise his entire staff enough. Thank you!

I have called this office to schedule an appointment 2x. The first time was at 9 in the morning and I waited 20+ minutes to get a hold of someone. I'm on the phone again now (1:56pm) and have been waiting for 40 minutes just to talk to someone. I have no idea what the office or doctors are like but to be in hold this long just to talk to someone is ridiculous.

Dr. Burak explained the procedure and helped me prepare for it as the procedure went along. He is a knowledgeable and highly skilled doctor. I felt at ease and could trust this doctor with my care.

Dr. Burak is a great surgeon, very knowledgeable and kind. He explained what he found without scaring me. He's done two lumpectomies and I have no scars. The only caution I have is you need to follow up with his staff because they aren't always the best at getting back to you or scheduling follow-up or mammogram/MRI appointments. To me that's a small price to pay for quality care

I give Dr. Burak and his staff 5 stars. They are competent, efficient, and compassionate. You won't find better care anywhere.

Dr. Burak and his staff are excellent at explaining procedures and outcomes. They are available and accessible at all times and are friendly and caring in their treatment. There is very little time between referral and surgery which is critical in cancer patients. I received excellent care from everyone in his office and recommend Dr. Burak highly. He has years of experience, an excellent "bedside manner" and a wonderful team of associates.

DrDromi and a nurse did the procedure. They had a difficult time getting my breast in the right position and it really hurt. I was in tears. I normally am good with pain but not this time . They kept on apologizing. Once the breast was in the right position , they cleaned the breast and numbed it. After that it was fine. Also, the skin between my breast and body was torn..I was bleeding . I thought that a needle was going to put into the breast to do the biopsy. I had that done in Bluffton when I was originally diagnosed. The nurse did explain the procedure and it is not her fault My breast is also black and blue. I am not accusing them of doing anything wrong . I have questions that need to be answered and I am trying to get in touch with Dr Pederson, my oncologist . Dr. Pederson had always told me to call if I have questions. My questions have nothing to do with the procedure The hospital said everything was fine and that I had some inflammation. . .
