The women at the desk are unprofessional they were standing there laughing and talking instead of checking people in. Went in back within 5 minutes got vitals but the doctor was rude and unprofessional as well we sat in the exam room for over a hour. I was about to walk out.Then when doctor finally came in he didn't even speak to me but my husband. The newnan office is professional and much quicker

I am not sure what happened with the one Star review people but my experience was completely opposite. The staff are very friendly and assisted me in finding low cost providers for labs and medicine and work with me to find the best location and time of appointment. So I guess everyone has a bad day sometimes.

Rude, impolite and uncaring. Sorry to say to anybody thinking about going here or referred here, find more human place to go. Seems too many local doctors refer people here for financial gain. The referral process is a two way street, not based on great service or good outcomes. So unfortunate, as this was a very close location to us. We will go elsewhere, where the receptionists, nurses and doctors are more attentive to patients.

My mother was treated terrible at this location. The front desk lady had a attitude and very disrespectful. Will not be back.

The doctor is not compassionate to my husband. He talks any kind of way and his altitude is not good.i don't trust him myself but my husband been seeing him and was recommended by another doctor in Atlanta to see him.I think my husband should look for another heart doctor

As this was my first visit, they only received 4 stars. Though apprehensive due to previous reviews, I must say it appears they might have taken the comments seriously and made appropriate changes. During my visit this month, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The receptionist was busy but took the time to look at me, excuse herself and say she would tend to us shortly, which she did. Thank you acknowledging my arrival. Within 10 of arrival another staff member took us to the Dr’s office where she reviewed was gracious, patient, and considerate in reviewing my elderly mother’s medical history.Finally, Dr K (last name difficult to remember) was exceptionally compassionate and patiently explained to my mother and I about her condition and treatment options. He was an absolute delight.Thank for making this a stress free experience, thank for your patience and kindness. Thank you for tearing my mother with dignity and respect. I truly appreciate it.I wish you and your staff, all the best.
