So, there aren’t sufficient words to share how thankful I am to Tommy, Lacey & Dr. Raphael. I had some insurance issues that kept me from getting a surgery last week. Lacey jumped through hoops to make this right! They worked together to figure it out and to get me scheduled in the Nick of time before end of year. My forever thanks to these caring & compassionate humans. My FOREVER Podiatrist is Dr. Allen Raphael. 🏼 🏼 ***Update 1 month after surgery: The procedure was not covered and the hospital was out of network per the bill I received today showing I owe $23,000+ for this procedure. I feel that I was misled by Lacey, who assured me it was covered at the very last minute. Playing with someone’s money is not good business practice. I certainly hope that someone can explain how this gross error was made. My voice will be loud until this is fixed.

My friend had to have 2 toes amputated because of a dirty facility and gross negligence. Terrible tragic thing that happened.

My little woman found this place on her way home from an appointment. I am a diabetic. I didn't know how bad my condition with my foot was. I got to Dr. Raphael just in time. Dr. Raphael and his staff are TOP NOTCH!! Dr. Raphael and his staff really takes great care of you. Dr. Raphael takes his time to example everything step for step. This is a GREAT specialists for Diabetic wound care. I am sending a HUGE thank you to the entire staff & most of all Dr. Raphael.

This doctor has completely no regard for follow through. He cares nothing for the patient or the family of his patients! Shame how he seems to feel and act as if the patient has no rights to know or make decisions pertaining to their health! It doesn't matter how many years you've been doing something! That does not give you allowances to choose for the patient without speaking with them or their family!!!

Dr. Raphael has treated me for over a decade as a patient with diabetic foot ulcers and advanced Charcot. He was used by God to save both of my feet from amputation. I have complete trust in his medical care and the utmost respect for him as a caregiver.
