As a previous healthcare provider, I am so grateful as a patient of Dr. Craig Underset because he is very knowledgeable, and very caring of his patients. Few doctors, these days, really take the time to listen, look you in the eyes, and work to resolve your medical issue before you leave. Yes, offices get busy from time to time, but Dr. Underset makes, you, the patient feel like you are the only one he is seeing. I saw a specialist, and it took my primary care doctor (Dr. Underset) to resolve my issue, and he refused to allow me to leave the office in pain without researching the cause. He also made the necessary referral. I am at peace with the direction of my healthcare and future resolution to my problem. Dr. Underset is an asset to the medical community.

In 55 years I have seen a few doctors. This is one of the best! So personable, and takes time. He is not one of the factory line doctors that I have seen in the past, where they are running from one room to the next. He recalls conversations that you may have had with him several months ago. You are not just a name on a chart here. His staff (Jeezy?) is terrific as well. Very friendly, confident and efficient. Seems to be the one that keeps things running there.

I've been going to Dr Underset for over 10yrs. He is the best. Has a little trouble with staff but he spends time and actually listens to YOU. You don't feel like a number.

Dr. Undersett is the most compassionate physician I have ever known. His practice is busy but he never neglects the patient he is attending or leaves questions unanswered. Very down to earth and trustworthy. I met him by chance after a car accident and never left the practice. Great Healer.

Dr. Underset is really wonderful. He's funny and caring, and really takes time with his patients. However, the practice he works out of is a dump in a bad area. Everytime I call the office, I have a challenge getting through, and the person who answers the phone has terrible customer skills. The wait is always longer than I really want it to be too. I'm torn because I'd love to keep going to Dr. Underset, but all together the negatives kind of outweight the positives.

Dr Underset is, hands down, the most caring and listening doctor I have ever visited. He spends as much time as he needs to not only diagnose your problem but find out about YOU and things that may be happening in your life that could affect his treatment or just to lend a sympathetic ear.
