Great service/staff and a great-thorough gastroenterologist (Dr. Cardenas).

The doctor spoke to my elderly mother with disrespect. He also gave my mother a prescription that caused her to have extreme nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

I have been to Dr. CARDENAS several times and would recommend him highly. He’s caring and has an excellent bedside manner.

This doctor has been extremely kind and empathetic to me! He was both kind and compassionate while also telling me exactly what I needed to hear in regards to saving my stomach! He didn't sugarcoat the issue and made me feel like he truly cared if I continued to ruin my stomach with nsaid medicine! He saved my stomach and I wish more doctors would have the same manner as him instead of telling you what you want to hear! thank goodness for you and all that you do Dr Cardenas!!

He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, I wouldn't let that man touch me ever. I was pondering the need for a test but after that visit I knew I would never let him do the test. Best description stubborn old man that is out of shape and has not idea about any type of natural healthy living. The office didn't appear very clean either.

I saw Dr. Francisco Cardenas today and his bedside manner is incredibly rude. He has no idea how to treat a patient with respect and had the audacity to tell me in so many words that I was stupid for thinking I had hemorrhoids when it was a skin tag. Worst medical experience of my life. He gave me a fifty page pamphlet to read and assumed I was on Medicare. He also didn't seem to know about newer medicinal developments that are literally changing people's lives - mine included. Since making the decision to leave his practice I am close to remission. If I'd stayed, he likely would have of opted for surgery. He shouldn't be allowed to provide medical care for people, because he simply does not care.

We were unlucky enough to have to see this Dr this weekend. I actually am employed at this hospital and was appalled at the interaction we encountered. He was dismissive, rude, condescending, and acted like speaking to us was an inconvenience. We were left with no answers, more questions, and a horrible impression of this service. I am embarrassed to say I work for the same facility. Incredibly disappointed.
