HORRIBLE place. They are a mess and their customer service is substandard to the point where they dont listen to you and talk over you. Their appointment and front office staff are very unprofessional and I cannot even begin to tell you how awful it was trying to schedule and keep an appointment with them because they dont even know what theyre doing.They already had a referral from my doctor and I had to have my doctor send it to them 2 times and they still cancelled my appointment because it wasnt in on time. They told me they needed the referral by Thursday but they called to cancel my appointment Wednesday morning even though it had already been sent to them 2 times before. Just awful

5 Star visit From Check in to Check out Front Office staff was very friendly and checked me in as soon as I arrived. MA was right on top of her game very friendly. Dr. Pandya just rocks I was there for test results and she explained them to me and my husband. Answered EVERY question we had we never felt rushed. She is a very caring and thorough doctor. Recommend her for any GI issues you may be dealing with. Thanks to all
