I love that this office is a family business, rather than a corporate chain. Everyone has a stake in making sure that patients are treated well, and I feel very welcome when I come in. Dr. McMaster has a very calm and calming personality, which I appreciate, since dental visits can be stressful. This practice has spoiled me!

The staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait long. But it was an incredibly painful cleaning... The dental assistant gave me a box of wooden sticks and told me to go home and aggressively poke in between my teeth until I bled and said that making your gums bleed every time you floss is "healthy". She then proceeded to use the sticks on me and held a mirror to watch - I told her to move the mirror because the blood made me queasy and she just laughed. I also told them about my dental implants before the cleaning and how I had to have a tissue graft above them and asked them to warn me before they cleaned there since the tissue is new and sensitive... He cleaned the hardest there and got offended when I asked him to stop. The only reason I wrote this is because the positive reviews are what led me to choose to go to Dr. McMaster... I will never go back again.

I've been going to Dr. McMaster for years. He is always punctual which is very important to me since I go during my lunch break. I love the tool he uses to clean teeth because it's super fast and tolerable.

The BEST dentist I have ever used. I started using him when I lived close. I have since moved but still make the drive to use him. I always have his buisness cards close by to hand out!
