My appointment in the quick clinic was scheduled for 6p. She asked us to arrive at 5:45. It is 6:40p and we are still sitting in the lobby waiting to be called!

I scheduled an appointment to get a TB skin test via phone the day prior. They were able to schedule me the very next day at 0830. It is now 0858, I have checked in on the kiosk and no one is here.

This place is better than people are making it out to be - it is not a doctor’s office, and you need to show up on time/early for your appointment or you will get skipped. I have been here 4-5 times and it has always served its purpose.

The nurse practitioner Jane Kassens had an excellent bedside manor. My wait was sooner than expected and I got a call 30 minutes earlier to come in. The wait at the 2 CVS minute clinics I visited earlier were 3 hours and 1hour and 40 minutes. I highly recommend coming here for a non medical emergency.

The doctor was as sweet as she could be. Now the females at the pharmacy should look for another job that will change that horrible mood they’re in.

Called in ahead of time to see if the clinic offered a service. The website also said they offered the service. The woman that answered the phone confirmed to me that they did. Once I got there I signed in and waited about 25 minutes. Once the doctor called me in she asked me what I was coming in for & I told her. She said they didn’t offer the service and whoever I talked to was wrong. This was a big inconvenience and a waste of my time

Do not use Piedmont ever! If you tell them that you are going to pay cash and not use your insurance - because insurance is a joke and it will cost you more- they will still use your insurance and make sure you receive another bill. They will keep sending you bills, they won’t look into the matter, and they do not respond to emails and you will not be able to reach anyone in their corporate office that will actually help. Piedmont is a joke and a money hungry company that doesn’t care about the patients. They only want more and more money. This is a dishonest company. Please don’t use if there is a slight possibility you can avoid it.
