I arrived here with 30 minutes to spare, and front desk was extremely friendly and patient. I came not because of covid, but because I have an eye infection. I could not be happier with the service I have received. I live close by, so this is my go to when I can’t see my doctor, and I am grateful that the service is always the same, staffed with a group of friendly, caring knowledgeable people!!

Given the current environment with everyone looking for and needing Covid testing, I appreciate the team at Piedmont in Smyrna. They were professional, polite, and accommodating. The level of customer service by Brenda and Jasmine from when me and my girls first got there was great. We were running behind because the urgent care was very busy and the team, including the Lab Tech, Tony, understood and did their very best to meet our needs. This is definitely an urgent care I'd take my family to again!

As the Omicron variant surges, it’s been extremely difficult to get tested in Metro Atlanta as sites are far fewer than at peak times. Piedmont informed us on the best opportunity to get tested by showing up 2 hours early. Once tested, results were emailed 4 hours later in the same day.

Brenda jasmine tiffany and tony were all amazing!! They all had great attitudes and were very kind even despite having to work on Christmas Eve and being slammed! Thank you soo much!

On 12/23/2021, I was able to obtain a PCR COVID-19 test and the test results on the same day. The COVID test results were important because a team mate who I had close proximity to on 12/20/2021 tested positive for COVID 19 on 12/21/2021. The negative test results allowed me to know it would be okay to be around family members on Christmas Day. I did have to arrive at location 1 hours and 15 minutes before opening and stand in 30 degree weather in order to obtain an appointment time because appointments are first come first serve.

Reporting to the Georgia Department of Health tomorrow. Horrible handling of Covid testing. I had an appointment days in advance. They do indoor testing, and you’re put into a waiting room with several Covid-risk people some with symptoms. You cannot simply call to reach them to check-in, so you have to come inside. It’s a risk going here. They’re doing a disservice to their community, and have violated their oath.
