Wellstar Health System's Online Review Report Card

The worst office visit experience, the nurse announce loudly what I told her confidentially in the examining room, no respect or concern. Was told to leave through the back door and mistreated me after I tested positive for Covid. They were more concern in making sure I had the complete payment up front.

Did not have to wait even 3 minutes. The nurse was very courteous and engaging. I also felt Dr. Patel was so engaged, kind and attentive. He immediately identified what my problem was and explained why it wasn’t something different. (Difference between bacteria infection vs virus within the symptoms I was experiencing) The regimen he prescribed worked like a charm and I was feeling better Within 24 hours! Thank you for a wonderful experience. ☺️

Short wait time. The nurse and staff were courteous and efficient. Dr. Patel was warm and engaging. He set me at ease. His attentiveness helped identify a problem that needs addressing with a specialist. One that I've been aware of for some time.

I went to Wallstreet Urgent Care on Austell rd. first. The idiot at the front desk didn't offer any alternatives for me. She said "We're booked from morning walk-ins so we can't see you" I asked her to repeat that, and she did. Didn't ask me what was going on, or check to see what other locations were available. I called Cooper Lake and asked if I could walk-in and the lady said "that's all we take". I appreciated that because that's what I thought Urgent care was. The process was easy, and the office was very clean. There wasn't a long wait either! I just didn't feel I was taken seriously because I didn't have covid. I'm still sick and trying to treat myself at home. It would've been nice to not have been rushed out.

This is my second time here within a month. No one was in the waiting room this time, but last time there were 4 people in front of me which is not a lot considering everything going on. Both times the wait was not long (yesterday I was the only one in the waiting room at 4pm!) the staff is courteous, and I was seen by the same provider both times, Dr.Patel. Dr. Patel took the time to listen and discussed my illnesses with me. I like this urgent care location!

I have been here several times never had a problem UNTIL NOW!!!! Came in at 3p. There were 3 people ahead of me thought it would be quick everyone was called in like 15-20 minutes apart. NOT ME! Almost 2 HOURS LATER I am finally called back. Everyone had already left before I was even called. I get it they need to clean in between patients and document stuff BUT COME ON!!!!! 3 HOURS OF TOTAL TIME AT THE FREAKING URGENT CARE!!! They had plenty of people too!! I WONT BE BACK!

The staff and Dr. Kalitta Patel were very courteous, friendly and very professional. They treated very well and made me feel like my health was their number one concern. The Wellstar Urgent Care at Cooper Lake was very clean and my overall experience there was a pleasant one. They didn't rush me and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend this facility.

I will not return. I see why Covid is a problem and will probably never end. Careless doctors.

Staff was great upon arrival. Triage nurse, xray tech and PA was awesome upon visit. However, radiologist never read report and PA released me after I was there for 6 hours because he had no report from radiologist. He said he would call me personally after report was given. It's been 28 hours plus and NO RESPONSE! I'M literally where I was when I went in. Very upset as I'm still in pain and no answers!!! They will still want their money...and for what?? Disgusting!! I have NO ANSWERS AND NO RELIEF!! NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!

Front dest people are amazing! But the lady doctor seems that she doesnt care at all.she wants you in and out as fast as possible. Once you are out NO ONE WILL TALK TO YOU. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND SPEAK THIS THE NURSE/DOCTOR FOR DAYS!!!
