I was extremely impressed by how kind everyone was and what great care they took of my son. Dr.Yoon made sure to make sure we were well informed throughout our appointment and made my 9 year old feel comfortable the whole time.

HIT OR MISS IS HORRIBLE SERVICEThis is one of the slowest treatment facilities. They have options to make an appointment but still will backlist you for those whom they deem sicker. ADVICE - please stop taking appointments if you're not going to honor them in a reasonable time. My appointment was 3:30 pm I was not placed on a room until nearly 6pm. It's almost 7pm and I still haven't been seen!!!! Hint - say your bleeding or cannot breathe! I've posted a photo of the staff working during my visit.

I wasn’t seen by a doctor till 11:30am when I had a 10am appointment. When I asked about the delay front desk staff said “everyone has an appointment.”

I went to Wellstar Urgent Care on Atlanta Rd for a forehead laceration. Dr Yoon did an excellent job stitching me up . Would highly recommend him.

The PA Chanelle Craig was the best doctor I have ever seen at the urgent care and all the urgent cares I have been to for Well-Star. If she was a PCP I would make her my PCP. She took the time and listened to me and was caring and concerns of my needs both mentally and physically. She was the best. The entire staff was the best from the time I checked in and saw the nurse. Thank you all for helping me out especially, Dr. Chanelle Craig! She was an Angel!
