Alia Brown's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment with Dr. Brown over a week ago where I was prescribed 3 separate medications. After, my pharmacy told me that no prescriptions had been sent over. Since then, I have tried every day to get ahold of someone from Dr. Brown's office to get my prescriptions sent over. I never received a call back. Finally, my pharmacy called to let me know two prescriptions had been sent over. I went and picked them up, paying $60 for both, trusting that they were the correct medications. The names didn't sound familiar so I looked them up. She had sent two completely different prescriptions for ailments I did not have. I have still been unsuccessful in getting my actual medication, and I have still not received a call back. It is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a doctor. Inexcusable.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown fir nearly five years! She is the consummate professional yet has an amazing bedside demeanor. She is sensitive to the concerns and needs of all her patients. I highly recommend her! Thanks Dr. Brown! 💕💕💕

Three different people's opinions led me to see Dr. Alia Brown & I could not be more pleased with my consultation. Dr. Brown's welcoming nature along with her bedside manner was refreshing. Dr. Brown's passion for skincare is evident, however, her casual & explicit knowledge about Melanated skin - diagnosis & treatment(s) was intuitive & impressive. Dr. Brown's swift approach to a visual diagnosis right after she extends her patient pleasantries gave us more time & without rushing to discuss my Melasma condition & treatments. I am very pleased with Dr. Brown.

Dr Brown was my doctor for a few years, then she moved to a different location which was too far of a drive for me. I have been searching for a doctor to replace her ever since. I cannot find a doctor that I am happy with, so I am going to make the ever so long drive to start seeing her again. She is a great doctor.

Dr.Brown is the best. She takes care of all of my hair and skin needs!

I like Dr Brown but today I was very disappointed with the 2 front desk ladies at the Snellville location(one with red hair and one with braids). 2 nurses helped me and were very nice but it is never okay to be nasty with your patients whether you agree with them or not and to continue to make loud rude remarks as I’m walking out of the office is unacceptable. . Front desk is the gateway to the doctor and it’s sad that those 2 are a patients first experience. I called the office 3 times concerning my issue but there were no notes which is why I came in and I am thankful for them working me in but what I won’t do is be treated in a way that I wouldn’t treat someone else. Maybe they would benefit from a customer service class or other employment where they don’t have to communicate with other people.
