I am giving one star to the support staff not the Doctors. All but the nice lady at the front desk are rude unattentive and unprofessional. I made an appointment for my mother first available 30 days out. When I called to confirm never got a call from the office I was told that it has been cancelled. We did not cancel the appointment randomly it was noted that someone called and cancelled ON THE DAY I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. The office manager never called me back. We showed up for the appointment anyways the nice and professional receptionist saw the mistake and worked us in. The kicker is that they made an elderly woman wait 90 minutes to be seen for a 5 min consult. Doctors Please get some more motivated employees.

My first visit I waited a long time because they forgot about me but I decided to go back for another appointment and Im glad I did. The ladies at the front desk are efficient and have that welcome sort of attitude that I like. The wait time for your appointment is pretty close to the time you schedule which is a big plus. Theres comfortable seating TV and reading material and the room is clean and wellkept. They provide coffee and cold drinks you get yourself while your waiting. Front and back room staff were extremely helpful and really make you feel comfortable. I saw a doctor there that took time to understand what symptoms I have and then explains what could be the causes. I have 1 bit of advice before agreeing to any kind of surgery go home think about it get a second opinion before deciding

I was with Dr Ayanala for 6 months I had terrible stomach pain and colics where I literally threw up. We did an endoscopy and he just told me I have IBS with an inflammation in my stomach and prescribed me Acid Reducer and a Painkiller that didnt do anything for me. The Episodes stayed and I thought ill need a doctor that actually listens to me I took the report and went to another specialist I never had an inflammation and it was my Gallbladder I finally found somebody who worked right and actually payed attention to my symptoms. Worst Doctor ever

Worst office ever. Ayinala is the worst doctor with no medical ethics. He is incompetent who literally spends about 90 seconds for your appointment. He fails to treat you but gladly charges you thousand of dollars. They delete reviews too. Stay far from Kaiser this place and this POS doctor.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Went right in on appointed time. Nurses and doctor was were great. Overall it was a good experience. Just make sure you go to the right address 1600 medical way suite 270 and not the old address 1700 tree lane suite 90 Highly recommend UPDATEMan I hate to say this but after dealing with the doctor Ayinala here I am speechless.... he’s got to be one of the most condescending people I’ve ever met... ugh. He kept telling me to stop taking good powders which I repeatedly told him I did not he would not believe me... very awkward and very frustrating since I lost 20 pounds in a week and have had diarrhea and constipation for over 7 months... after my upper gi test he found inflammation in my stomach and intestines. After waking up from anesthesia my wife asked him about results and he again said no more goody powers and was mean and condescending again...well my results came back in and it’s h pylori... now I’m on 7 pills a day woohoo. To get the pills was another hassle. We received results in the mail with no calls or voicemails. My wife called and asked for them and was told the doctor has to look at results which he already did since his signature was on the mail that was sent... they said they would give us a call back that day but low and behold no call... I love the staff seriously they were great.... I just don’t understand how doctors can be so ——ugh.... just listen to me please doctor I’m not lying I don’t want to be here in the first place... I don’t want a colonoscopy and to explode the toilet for two separate 2 12 hour sessions...Annoyed and ignored... no apology afterwards.Again if this was a rating for the staff I’d give 10 stars.If it was for the doctor only... I’d give him 1

One of the worst doctor experiences I have ever had. My appt was at 1030 and did not see the doctor until 12 only to be told that over the counter medicine should do the trick. I asked the doctor to look at my xrays and he promised he would give me a call before 5. My condition got worse throughout the day and I left 3 voicemails throughout the day to see if he was able to take a look. Each time my voicemail was ignored. Don’t waste your time going to this doctor. You would be better off using google and asking the custodian at Walmart

Worst Experience with AGA Snellville. I wouldnt recommend Dr. Weinberg to anyone unless you need a useless colonoscopy doneWent in for severe Hemorrhoids pain and was scheduled for a colonoscopy Im only 40. Was told hemorrhoids would be removed during colonoscopy.Hemorrhoids werent removed during colonoscopy due to me being under anesthesia which Dr. Weinberg already knew.Was told to call office to have banding done. Within the same hour I was then told to call a rectalcolon surgeon because Dr was worried about pain for bending. And it should be done under anesthesia with a specialist Which he knew 2 weeks earlierSo I waited 2 weeks to pay for a colonoscopy that wasnt needed and Im still in severe hemorrhoid pain.I now have to start all over again with a specialist. Ive wasted a week of vacation as I was advised to take a few days off if possible for the colonoscopy and hemorrhoid banding Paid for a procedure not needed. And will have to take LOA time as AGA Snellville wasted the last of my vacation days.I will definitely report my issues to their corporate office.

I was hung up on by a representative here when I asked them to read the phone number they had on file to make sure it was the correct phone number on file I then called back and was able to speak with the manager which the manager had a attitude as well when I mentioned I was going to call corporate all of a sudden there was a solution. I will say that same manager was able to get everything solved.

They are not professionals they canceled my appointment it was urgent just because they wanted to leave early.
