This place has been a godsend! Jessica at the front desk is always so helpful & kind. Dr Jonnala & Dr Tika are both patient & thorough during our appointments. I really appreciate the time they take to really understand what I'm going through. Last but not least, I absolutely adore Mrs. Hannah! She is so attentive, gentle & caring.. literally the best nurse I've ever had!💜💜💜

This place is HORRIBLE. They can not keep employees. The doctor beside manners are awful. This company is not in compliance with HIPPA or OSHA. The office manager is doing all the dirty work for GEETHA JONNALA and it's so disgusting. I wouldn't recommend a DOG to that place

Terrible. Horrible. Did I say terrible? They do not answer phones, never get scripts as promised through speciality pharmacy, rude NP and staff, unorganized beyond explanation, misdiagnosed, pushes treatment you verbalize you don’t want. Billed from insurance after paying out of pocket at visits, so double billing. Required to return on a 2nd appt. to go over labs (for another office charge of course) then not having all labs and asked to return again! Labs are not addressed even when abnormal. This place is a circus.

This place is unorganized, doesn't follow-up on prescriptions or labs, double billing, uses answering service and not staff for answering calls, rude, and contradicting diagnoses with NP and MD. Would not recommend.

Dr.Jonnala is the best rheumatologist that I have seen, her NP Tika and staff are amazing as well ❤️

Amazing Doctor. (The only reason I'm trying to stick it out.) Office staff have been extremely challenging. I went in for a new patient appt in Oct. I got a diagnosis then. Doctor called me personally about a month later saying she's sending my RX to the specialty pharmacy for Humira. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I finally reached out to my Humira advocate who gave me the number for the specialty pharmacy and there's no record of an RX. I call the doctor's office and they say I'm still in the preauthorization phase. I call my ins and they have no record of a preauthorization for Humira anywhere in my record. I keep calling the office and get a voicemail. I've already started this medicine with samples which was a bit of a train wreck when I went to get that, and I need another injection this week. Just unacceptable communication.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I arrived for my 2:45 appointment at 2:30 and checked in. The lady at the front desk told me she would be right with me. The waiting room had 1 other patient in it. I waited for an hour- until 3:30 and went back up to the front desk and she said "Oh I'm so sorry I have been answering emails and forgot about you!" As she was talking to me, the doctor walked out: I was scheduled to see the doc but instead saw a nurse practitioner who was just getting my chart and reading it when I saw her. Total waste of my time. I am a teacher and a single mom so I had to take off of work, write sub plans and get a babysitter to go to the doctor. I am not impressed with this office at all.

Awful front office service.

Absolutely terrible office staff. Received a bill every month for five months for a copay that was paid at time of visit. No one returns calls. Told to disregard bills every month and every month get a new one. Unwilling to contact their billing department to fix the situation . I was told the only number on the bill is not the billing deptment. I Called over 20 times with no ability to speak to anyone and forced to leave messages that are not answered. Not what you should have to deal with when you are not feeling well and in pain all the time. Nightmare.
