Ive requested an appointment online twice with no call back. Ive called this office several times and waited on hold I was never able to speak to anyone . A complete waste of time

Had to wait on hold for 10 min before someone came on the phone to tell me they’re booked up. Completely unprofessional rude office staff. Also think they’re short staffed….just ridiculous

Just left my visit and this was the quickest friendliest and most helpful business I have ever done Everyone was so sweet listened and instantly nailed the problem. 10 stars great business nice and clean thank you

I had an appointment that I had to wait three weeks for. It was a Workers Compensation injury and appt. was made by the case manager. When I arrived for the appointment they told me they dont take Workers Compensation. Now I have to wait another three weeks to a month for another appointment to go back to work. Not very professional.

I dont think they have enough office staff they leave you on hold forever staff doesnt seem to care about patients

I was called back very quickly after I arrived. The staff were very friendly and ready to answer all of the questions that I had It felt a little rushed at the end but I dont know whether that was because the whole appointment ended up being quick or because the office got busier at the end of my appointment. Either way great facility and warm staff

First Id like readers to note that this review is for the Lawrenceville location not Snellville. There is no Yelp page for them but they are the same group.  The staff at the front desk are rude and inefficient. I confirmed on the phone my appointment date with the office person that called then on arrival was told I had an appointment a week before Huh? No texts no calls no emails were sent about my appointment. I thought perhaps the office was behind the times in that and showed up when I was told to on the phone. With much sighing and annoyance I was allowed to keep the appointment and didnt have to leave.I was taken back and immediately questioned by the nurse like I was under interrogation. She had facts about my problem ear related wrong then didnt know what collagen was She is a nurse and didnt know what collagen was. I guess warning bells should have gone off at that point. However I had seen Dr. Browning as a teenager in the 90s and had a good experience with him so was hopeful he just had a lousy staff. He walks in with a medical student ? in tow for some reason. After confirming my symptoms were in line with a hole in my ear drum he takes less than a minute to look in my ear and declare it perfectly fine. Then despite my saying there was nothing wrong with it peers in my other ear to declare the same. When I ask him why I had the symptoms earache pressure etc I was told I probably grind my teeth at night. Furious at this point I ask what I could do about it not telling him I had just seen a dentist in June when my ear problems started and there was no grinding wear indications. He checked my jaw there was no indications of jaw problems of course then shrugged and said get a mouth guard see a dentist... tells me to do a hearing test and promptly walked out the door. He was in the room for less than ten minutes. By the way I have received both a text and an email about the hearing test thus showing that my original appointment was messed up by the receptionist. I went to an Urgent Care that evening hoping they could at least help with the pain in my ear since he refused to address it. The doctor there confirmed that yes there was a hole in my ear drum but that a thin membrane had connected to cover it and it is in the middle of regrowing. Basically it showed I did have a hole but it isnt fully healed. In fact the slow regrowth is probably causing the pain and pressure changes in my stationary tube. He gave me steroid drops as well as benzocaine drops to help speed up the healing process and help with the pain. He also checked my sinus Dr. Browning never even looked and said it looked as if I had a minor sinus infection as well. I dont know why I received such poor service and why the doctor was so rude but it was completely unnecessary. Id avoid him and see someone else.

Had an excellent experience there from check in to check out they were incredible. The Dr. was patient and kind answered my questions and gave me hope Highly recommend Dr. Hoddeson

I can’t even get through to make an appointment smh.
