I have been coming to this clinic for several years and although I moved away, I keep coming back because I love the level of care they provide.

I had the most awesome New Patient visit with Dr. Samuels yesterday! My entire experience, beginning with Tarae, to the time Dr. took to get to know me, was just so genuine and thorough. I left and called my husband immediately to tell him to schedule his appointment, too, and I’m so glad to have found such great family care!

Dr. Samuels is awesome, definitely one of the best doctors I have worked with. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. The doctor's don't care for you like they should. Specifically Dr Elysad. She forgets who are and what her prior diagnosis was. Her answer to everything is go to the ER. no ownership or test being done. My name was entered wrong, If you're having an issue, they dont ask the proper questions, they attempted to overbill my insurance so I assume the quality of service is based upon who has the best insurance. After 4 months of this horrible service, I'm looking for another doctor. My health is not just a check box.

I am a new patient and have been very impressed with the front and back office staff and my new Dr. The experience here has been so much better than my old Dr.

I contacted this office to have services rendered for my child who is special-needs she is 31 years old and has down syndrome. I was advised by office staff that they do not provide services for “those” type of people.I am new to Georgia. I moved here from Northern Virginia and in I have never had a provider’s practice state that, “they do not HANDLE THOSE those type of people. “ I explained that she very communicative and non-combative. Unfortunately, it was repeated to me that, “they do not handle those type of people”.I understand that some providers prefer not to work with special needs that have multiple medical conditions. However, as a previous manager a multi- practice office, I am well aware that the verifiable used is considered unethical. I am also baffled by the fact that a provider office the size of Gwinnett family Medicine, not being able to care for a potential patient with special needs. In cases like this they should be able to refer you to a provider who can possibly Provide services.I gave this review two stars is because overall, the front office staff was very polite throughout our transaction. exception of using offensive statements in regards to people with special needs.throughout

The Best practice I've ever been a patient of. I absolutely love Dr Samuels and the crew!!

This is a review of the office staff, not the doctor. My husband had an appointment at 8 am, he had to call the office to notify them when he arrived. After going through the automated prompts he finally got to a person at 8:02 am. He was parked one office building over and they told him he was supposed to be at the door at 8am and he had to reschedule, because they could not see his car in the parking lot. At 804 am my husband calls and tells me he has been rescheduled. I call the office and speak to the lady that made him reschedule. First she was extremely rude and she tells me my husband was all the way down the street at a dental office??? I have no idea where she got this information, it was a complete lie. He was right next door and could read the sign on the door that said stay in your car and call us when you get here...which confused my husband since the lady told him he was supposed to be at the door at 8 am. We have waited over a month for this appointment and he had to take a day off work. Rescheduling an appointment because someone is 2 minutes late is absurd. I could understand if it was 10 minutes, but this was ridiculous. I spoke to the office manager and all they could do was offer another appointment a month away. Its very unfortunate because Dr. Samuels and his nurse Tarae are great! Unfortunately because of the lack of professionalism and attitude of the front desk my family and I will not longer continue with the practice.

Dr Samuels and his staff are great. My wife and I are very happy we found him. He has an excellent bedside manner, he is very personable and is very knowledgeable.

My Dr Aptt with Dr Vladescue in the Snellville office in my opinion was excellent. I was in quickly and The Dr spent time listening to my concerns then addressing each one at a time. I was impressed with the staff and the time he spent explaining things and listening to me.Thank You,Bart Gregory
