I went to the clinic today for my children and the experience was 100% amazing! The staff greeted us with warmth, explained everything before taking the next steps and was patient with with my children (my daughter was scared). The Nurse Practitioner was excellent, she listened and took action to what was said. Not just listened and ignored me. It’s good to know they are here for us and are so close to home! Thank you TEAM!!!

Awesome experience. Wonderful staff that really cares. I was in and out in little to no time all while receiving efficient and excellent care. There is no Urgent care center I rather go to than this one. Urgent care Northside Snellvile you guys Rock!!!

This place was great! Clean facilities, great staff, and I was in and out (with the proper medication to fix my issues) in less than an hour. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Dr and staff caring and pleasant. Dr V explained throughly what was going on with me. This was or is the best urgent care I been too in a long time. The time and wait was perfect.

I went to health choice on June 4th this year when and not feeling well and saw Dr. Dragons Vladescu a real doctor! The medication he prescribed for me had me feeling better the next day! I will return to this office when needed ,hopefully no time soon :) but this will be my choice for now on thank you health choice urgent Care Snellville and Dr. Vladescu! Mrs. Shipman

I brought my 85 year old father was seen here after being refused care from Piedmont urgent Care Snellville, to listen to my dad’s lungs. My father had been to the er, Piedmont Eastside, in Snellville (which I would not recommend you taking your sick pet there) just the day before and had received a chest X-ray. He was taken there for being non responsive/hard to wake the morning before. The er discharged him and said nothing was wrong with him and sent him home. I, however, heard my dad coughing hours after being discharged and his cough sounded wet, like a pneumonia cough. I came here to Northside Urgent Care and my dad was thoroughly examined by Dr. Vlad and his nurse Kim. They were wonderful. The doctor even took a urine sample, which the er didn’t even do. The doctor diagnosed my dad with severe bronchitis and a uti, with a more urgent possible prostrate or bladder issue, due to abnormal amounts of blood in his urine. No where on my dad’s discharge paperwork from the er did any of this get mentioned. Thank goodness for well trained, listening, caring doctors. I give this urgent care a 12/10 and will also be using Dr. Vlad as my father’s family doctor, as Dr. Vlad practices outside of the urgent care.

I was very impressed with the level of care that I received during my urgent care visit this past weekend. There was a true level of concern and care given to me by the receptionist whose name I neglected to get and Dr Vladescu who was very thorough with my consultation and prescribed treatment.
