I've been a patient here for 10 years and have the utmost confidence in them.

Had an appointment scheduled under an urgent situation where I was in extreme pain. It was great to be able to get an appointment within the same day so kudos to the scheduling department. My appointment was with Dr. Weiss on 2/22 @ 4:30pm. Dr. Weiss informed me we that I have Shingles in a very abrupt manner & only really cared to provide the facts with zero compassion. I felt berated and disrespected. It would have been better had if he showed some compassion and understanding but I left the office in tears and feeling defeated. I have been a patient of Gwinnett Dermotology for at least 10 years. I have always had very good, compassionate care from every Dr. on your staff. I will never see Dr. Weiss again and I will never refer anyone to see him. I will continue my relationship with your office and see all of the other awesome Doctors at Gwinnett Dermotology. Dr Weiss is one of the most caring Dr.’s that I have ever been associated - 4 generations in my family have all claimed him as their friend and Dr. - knew him when he first started and know him now - he has never changed - still cares greatly about his patients! - He saved my husbands life!! Literally... Thank you!

Have you ever been to a doctor perhaps when you were a kid and that doctor made you feel that everything is going to be alright? That is doctor Weiss. very kind and very knowledgeable. It also helps when the staff is kind an professional and they are. Five star service.

I have always had an excellent experience with Dr Weiss and he has helped me immensely.

Dr. Weiss has treated my family for many illnesses over the years and he always does it with a kind heart. He is an excellent dermatologist.

If I could give them a Negative 5, I would! My sister who is disabled requires special transportation to get to her doctor's appt. I made the appt weeks in advance, we arrived early the day of the appt. The nurse calls my sisters name as if she is about to see the doctor. The nurse says, I m sorry we do not take your sister's insurance.........I politely ask why did you not call weeks ago to say that? The nurse says we did not have the correct information, duh why didn't you call in advance to verify/ask for whatever information you were in need of? ...... You had my phone number ......why would you have a disabled person come this far and you not see them? Why would you not be proactive and call to cancel in advance? It's very obvious that there are just too many people sitting around and not doing their jobs! There is more than 8 adm front desk staffers and not one of them thought enough to call the patient in advance to say there is a problem...... I was taken back to an exam room after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. For my 11am appointment, I was taken back at noon. A nurse asked me 4 questions and I was told the doctor would not be seeing me and I had to schedule a follow up appointment. While in the waiting room, the receptionist told several other upset patients that Dr. Saddler was running behind. As a result, I believe Dr. Saddler blew off my appointment to catch up on his schedule. I was in for a recurrence of a previous issue. The first time around, my issue was resolved on the initial visit. I left your Snellville office FURIOUS that my time had been wasted and I am subject to another trip to your office for something that could have been taken care of on the first trip. If I had failed to honor my appointment, your practice would have charged me for the visit. Why am I not being compensated for Dr. Saddler failing to honor the appointment?
