List of Kirk D. Saddler's Reviews
Dr Kirk saddler is a excellent doctor my husband and I have been going to him several years, my husband had appointment for Jan 4,2022, I call to reschedule because we were exposed to someone who test positive for covid , we did not test positive but quarantined ourselves for others I call to reschedule to move appointment a month forward, receptionist told me I could not make another appointment until I brought a negative test in, even though I ask to make appointment a month in advance. That is not CDC guidelines, new guidelines quarantine for 5 days and not symtoms, quarantine is over, of course I wanted to wait a while month with a appointment, sorry she was having a bad morning, but don't take it out on your oldest faithful patients
Will never return. Staff is incompetent. Initial appointment staff called to reschedule 2 weeks later as "the Dr. will not be in". I arrived 15 min early for 2nd reschedule at the Snellville Office - was told he was running 30 minutes late from my appointment time (45 min total). Was told 'I could sit in my car'. I said I had much to do and would be back before the 45 min. The called 10 min later (I had left the property) and said he was ready. I shared I would return in 15 min which I did based upon the miss information the staff gave me. When I returned there was some cover up (they said I had gone home - I live 45 minutes away) and told me that I would have to reschedule. I am the customer an patient - my time is more important than theirs. I accommodated them twice. They did nothing to compensate me. They also do not take responsibility for what they do. I can not trust my health to them. I wasted 2.5 hours driving and sitting in their office for nothing.
Horrible. Staff rescheduled twice for my appointment due to Dr's schedule. When I arrived 2nd time was told he would be 45 minutes late and I could leave. I came back in 30 minutes (15 minutes before they told me he would be ready) and was refused service including stating 'I had gone back home'. I spent over 2.5 hours for nothing. Staff is incompetent and Dr. thinks his time is more important than mine. I am the customer paying his bills. Never going back.
Not long waiting. Clean and welcoming reception staff. Dr Saddler was friendly, listened to me and was polite. His skills were obviously high and I was very satisfied with him. (Despite reviews I read from other clients).
Visited 8/13/20 at Brookhaven GDP. Received bill (after insurance) a month later. Went in for refill of skin medication I've been taking for 15 years, and for a scalp skin condition. Other negative reviews are right; he was the most condescending, arrogant, disrespectful provider I've ever encountered. The visit was around 5 minutes - he cut me off during my ask for a refill, and said "OK - what else are you here for?" - I conceded and began discussing my scalp condition, luckily I got to finish, he took a look, and recommended a couple options. However, when I had further questions, he began talking to me like a child asking too many questions. With some experience with certain medications, his recommendations struck me as odd (as of this writing on 12/15/20, none worked). He told me after all his experience and degree as a doctor I should "stop questioning his judgement or go bald." - direct quote. Find another provider please, don't deal with someone who's so rude.
Dr. Saddler is one of the best doctors I have seen. He has a calm demeanor, took the time to listen to my concerns and thoughts, and is demonstrably knowledgeable and experienced in the realm of dermatology. Thanks Dr. Saddler!
Absolutely the best
Dr. Saddler is one of the best doctors I've seen. Calm demeanor, very thorough in his explanations, took time to listen to my concerns and theories, and clearly has the knowledge and experience to provide exceptional service in medical dermatology.
I consulted with Dr. Saddler on May 29, 2020. I found him to be very arrogant and rude. He cut me off before I could finish describing my condition. He felt that I was contradicting him and so he told me that he didn't have time for it in the middle of a pandemic and that until I had an MD after my name, and over 20 years experience doing his job that I needed to listen to him. Given his attitude, his inability to listen and lack of empathy to my self consciousness as an older female with a chronic skin condition, I refrained from telling him what other herbal remedies I had been using to supplement my treatment. I would never recommend him as a provider.
Had a horrendous visit with Dr Saddler yesterday. After waiting some time, Dr Saddler came into my exam room late and clearly frustrated. No big deal there. However, what was a surprise was that 30 seconds into him entering and me describing why I was there, I offended him so badly that he stopped what he was doing and started yelling at me. I was trying to describe the trouble I'd recently had with insurance not wanting to cover a cyst because 'it hadn't yet ruptured', yet he immediately (like 5 seconds in) interpreted that as casting negativity toward healthcare professionals. I tried to cool him down and explain that it was a miscommunication, but he was too hot headed to hear me out. In fact, he even dished some charged remarks himself about "my generation". The entire ordeal was absolutely bizarre and frankly inappropriate. Even the aid with him apologized... Dr Saddler gave me a total of 2 minutes of his time. He told me what I already knew, insulted me, and charged me $45.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
