Very mean and wicked pediatrician. I took my baby in the heavy rain for her appointment and this doctor refused to see my child for the 5 minutes of her precious time. Don't ever take your children to her. She doesn't care at all!!!!!!

My children have been patients of Dr. Cox for over 17 years & she's the BEST! It takes a village to raise children, especially as a single mom, & Dr. Cox & her wonderful staff have absolutely been a vital part of our amazing village. She's attentive & takes her time with each of my children, is detail oriented, & makes each of them feel comfortable & heard when it's their turn to be seen. She's highly experienced, & not only works at her practice but also at local CHOA urgent care centers. We've coincidentally been her patients outside the practice in ER situations as well! As a Mother, this was a huge comfort to have her there & in charge of their care in those times as well. She's always quick to help her patients in any way she can. She always makes sure that not only her patients, but also their parents understand her diagnosis & directions for care completely before she leaves the exam room. She's always went the extra mile for my children & I, & I've never thought I needed a 2nd opinion or considered any doubt whatsoever with her leading the care of my children. She's been very pro-active in their healthcare over the years, & often worked alongside their specialists to provide the very best total care for them. Many times she's followed-up personally or through her fantastic staff after visits just to check on them, which meant the World to them & me. She's very careful, & if she's ever unsure of how to further treat, she'll refer to a specialist immediately to provide accurate & complete care. I've always appreciated her straight-forward honesty with me as a parent just trying to take the best care of my children possible, & I fully believe that she & I share that goal in unison 110%! She has excellent bedside manner & is very patient with everyone. She cares about my children's TOTAL well-being, not just specific aspects of their physical health that she may be treating. My children beg me to make appointments with Dr. Cox when they're perfectly healthy!!! This is a testament in itself! They truly love their pediatrician as much as I do! They still have children's books that they treasure given to them by Dr. Cox for doing well at their check-ups as little ones. She's the best & if you're looking for a new pediatrician she's the only choice in Snellville to consider. I wish she could be my children's doctor for a lifetime! She's simply that wonderful & 5 stars just isn't enough to express how great Dr. Mary Cox is at caring for my children! :)

Dr. Cox is awesome! She spends time with each patient, is exceptionally caring, very thorough and compassionate. Both of my children are seen by her and we couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician.

I researched Dr. Cox while pregnant with my son. At our visit, I knew she'd be our pediatrician. That was in 2005 and now 9 years later, we are still pleased. Dr. Cox is patient, professional, and has an excellent relationship with her mini patients.

Dr. Cox is baby whisperer :) She is so wonderful and professional with her little patients.She always listens and gives my son the best medical care. A true professional and a value to the profession.
