From the moment we walked in, the front staff made us feel welcome—so sweet, professional, and attentive. One thing that stood out immediately was that they welcomed family to join the patient, which meant a lot to us. Our doctor, Dr. Kim, went above and beyond. She truly listened, explained everything thoroughly, and created a caring, safe environment. The entire team was just as pleasant and professional. If you’re worried about needles, this is the place to be. My wife has been through more than her fair share of jabs, and the lab specialist here is absolutely top-notch. They were gentle, precise, and focused—no rushing, no multitasking, just genuine care and attention. The clinic itself is spotless, well kept, and bright. The morning light shining through the windows gives the whole place a calm, safe feeling. The location is also very convenient. Honestly, from start to finish, this visit exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for an OBGYN office that treats you like family, keeps everything professional, and makes you feel safe and cared for—this is it. Moms, you’ll want to line up here.
My GF was referred to this place by 2 different clinics. She called and they told her they didnt have it. She then called again and they said they have it, but that theyd call within 72 hrs. And was told that either way, they dont have any appts until late August. We had to return to urgent care 2 days later to continue treatment. These are the rudest people we have ever encountered. How difficult is it to be courteous. We are having to find someone else for treatment.
I am not coming back here. I love Janice Pressley as a doctor but that front staff is awful. When they answer phones they’re rude and unprofessional. They make me show my Id and insurance card every time I’m there although I was just there. They’re never apologetic. The last time I came they didn’t give me my ID back I was already in the room and the PA had to get it from them and then they didn’t give me my cup to do my urine sample in while I was out front waiting. They were back there laughing and giggling the whole time. I had already thought about just scheduling elsewhere when I had called to reschedule my appointment and the person was very rude with a condescending tone for no reason. They doctors can be great but these are the first people you see and interact with and clearly they don’t like their jobs. I would like to stay here because I like the medical staff itself but the front staff is too much. They need to be swapped out
Dr Adedayo is amazing thank you for your care
Every time I arrive for my appointment, from the front desk to medical assistant to Dr. Pressley, it’s a pleasant experience. I’m never in the waiting room or the patient room for a long time. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I love Ms.Kimberly Gillian she’s a 10 out of 10 she had the most uplifting spirit ❤️❤️❤️🥰
Worst customer service by Medical Assistant Shanita she was rude, my opponent was cancelled at last minute not taking into consideration my condition. No availability within a week and refused to help me in anyway. Referring me to another OB-Gyn.
The worst treatment by a rude medical assistant after 10+ years of care from a wonderful PA, Betsey Weiss. After being rescheduled for my appointments, the medical assistant refused to refill a prescription as well as help in anyway. Betsey has always been wonderful and I will miss seeing her; however, there is value in treating others, especially patients, with kindness.
Horrible experience, have appointment at 9:20pm, but wait for 30 min till see a doctor, wait 20 min to check out. The front desk staff extremely unprofessional and rude. I can’t pay on front desk, I need wait for them bill to me, and I don’t know how much it would be charge, I have called the number over 10 times for prescription, every time it’s voicemail. Nobody calling back.
The office refused to schedule a routine appointment without a referral. My PCP faxed a referral twice and two times the office said it did not receive it. After a lengthy and frustrating discussion, the office admitted that I did not need a referral and finally gave me an appointment. Today I called to reschedule, was on hold for 15 minutes, and when the call was finally answered, the agent pretended she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call. I immediately called back, only to get the answering machine saying the office was closed. This was at 4:40 but the posted office hours are until 4:45. The providers may be outstanding but not worth continuously having to run the gauntlet just to talk to someone. Another fun fact: the initial message when you call says you can go online to schedule; when you go online, there is just a form to submit with a request.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
