The hospital personnel made it easy by reminding me of my appointment via text and email. My pre registration was done on line. Everyone was kind, respectful and compassionate. The waiting time was very minimal. As a travel nurse that has worked in many hospitals, I am very impressed with their customer service. Thanks immensely for all you do.

Unbelievable, the ER staff were awesome but truly under staffed. I was there for 12 hours. The ER staff were professional and kind. They apologized for the long wait and provided A1 service once I was seen. True HEROES. But it was clear to see that they were under staffed in every way. However, shout out to Nurse MICHAEL! Within the 12 hrs only he could find my vein to draw blood!!!!
