Piedmont Physicians Surgical Specialists Eastside's Online Review Report Card

I had a great experience from start to finish. This place is representative of what we should see more often in the world. That is, kindness, consideration, accommodation, sensibility, and selflessness.I had an appointment at a very busy time of the year, end of December. I had a car accident as I was entering the Piedmont complex so I missed my appointment. As busy as they were, they considered my circumstance and squeezed me in the following day.When I was in the waiting room the next day, an elderly woman came in trying to find her doctor that was not affiliated with Eastside Surgical Associates. The elderly woman did not have a cell phone on her, no phone number for the doctor, and no other documentation. Still, the office staff (without any influence from the office doctors) worked so hard to help this woman find who she needed. Although they were not able to figure out who the elderly woman was looking for, they did not brush her aside despite the office being busy. They were very patient. IMO, that says a lot about that office culture.To put a cherry on everything, the energy once you are invited in is very different. There’s like a low level, organized party going on. It seems like a great place to work. A great place to work, leads to happy employees and a positive office culture. That means a great place to receive medical services.Dr. Yamaguchi did not pressure me to have surgery so I won’t get to experience that environment again any time soon. That’s a good misfortune.Thanks, Eastside Staff!

Waiting time insane, wait 10+ hour to see an doctor.The customer service is useless, keep find an excuse for my question. Would not recommend come to this hospital.

My wife went in to see Dr. Kramer for hernia surgery. There was never a time that she was uncomfortable or nervous. He is the most kind caring surgeon we have ever interacted with! Her surgery was scheduled really quick. And she came out of surgery like brand new! Thank your Dr. Kramer and staff!

I was very impressed with Dr. Kramer. My husband recently needed surgery and Dr. Kramer was very kind. He explained everything clearly. He saw my husband before the surgery and twice after the surgery was completed. Everybody in his office was kind and very helpful.

The slowest and laziest staff in the hospital system.  i was quickly taken back to take an X-ray and then had to wait 3 hrs for the PA to read the results . I was told the radiologist  was at home and ??? Like I'm an idiot ... I'm a RN , I know that the X-ray results were ready immediately. The lady at the front desk barely has a pulse and refuses to check to see what the hold up is

Please do not visit Piedmont Eastside medical center at any cost.These guys are scammers and have charged me insanely with 3000 dollars + 800 Xray just for doing an Xray and registration.3000 dollars going straight to someone's pocket for the emergency room i never entered into, the emergency bed i never used.When i tried disputing it they said they will send a collection agent.What kind of a scam these guys are running in name of CARE?

Polite, professional and did a wonderful job with my surgery.

I had a very nice experience when I had my surgical procedure done there .They gave me options for my anesthesia which I really appreciated.And all the doctors and nurses were very professional and very considerate.I appreciate it all the good care I got thank you very much.Sorry , I was referring to Eastside hospital.The East side surgical team are great Dr yamaguchi is the best doctor she knows what she's doing for your health care..The nurses are nice and the front office Beverly the front office lady is always very helpful and nice and I enjoy seeing them,

I received excellent medical care. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer 3.5 years ago. Dr. Yamaguchi was kind and compassionate when delivering the news. My wife was distraught and overwhelmed and Dr. Yamaguchi answered our questions gave us the time to process the information. She scheduled the surgery for the following week and everything went well. My wife goes back yearly for follow-up visits and so far, so good. Thanks Dr. Yamaguchi and staff for your support and professionalism.
