Had Eye surgery there The people that are running this place are sheep . They demand you to wear mask when Covid is nowhere to be found The flu is more deadly. Don’t go to them.

Nobody can find any fault with the quality of service that you receive from Carlin Vision other than the long wait times. The care was excellent. The billing department is a total disaster. Five months after my surgery I am still receiving bills for hundreds of dollars. I have Medicare plus excellent coinsurance coverage. I paid over $8,000 up front which was suppose to cover everything. It did not! I requested in writing an audit of my charges. This request WAS TOTALLY OVERLOOKED. I never received any response. BEWARE !!! Dealing with these people is a joke as far as billing and payments. Maybe I'll finally get my requested audit of my account after this negative rating hits the internet BUT I AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH!

Dr. Carlin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful facility. Would definitely recommend!

The Optical Boutique at Carlin Vision is amazing . Equally amazing are the Opticians that work this area. Specifically,Troy, who has great people skills . Whether old or young she has the patience to take the time that is needed with a smile . Troy explained my plan to me and, helped me pick out a pair of glasses that complimented the shape of my face . She even remembered my name when I returned to pick up my glasses . Kudos to whoever made her a part of the Carlin Vision team . I can't imagine getting my glasses from any other place after such superb customer service .

I have been going here for years. I had an emergency this morning with my eyes that had really started month earlier that just got worse and thankfully Dr. Thornhill was able to work me in today. Each time I called with this issue that started in April they saw me via televisit and today in person without question. Im sorry I can't remember all the other docs names but thank u to all the doctors and staff that helped me get in and to feeling better I truly appreciate it. I was suffering miserably and I am grateful 🙏.

So glad they have a retinol specialist on staff. The wait is never more than a few minutes. A professional staff that treats me kindly, aware that I may be apprehensive about procedures.

This place is amazing! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The environment is clean and friendly. I was worried about cost but they are surprisingly affordable! They are also amazing with kids. Definitely recommend!

I moved a good distance away from this clinic, but make the trip back because I feel that he’s worth it.

I was shocked when I walked in. It is a gorgeous lobby and I was greeted like I had been going there for years and they all knew me. They even served refreshments. The front desk couldn't have been better and Dr. Carlin diagnosed my problem almost immediately. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Carlin and staff are amazing! I had LASIK done in May of 2017. The staff was helpful, and explained everything to me. Dr. Carlin was caring the day of my procedure. He and his staff helped to put me at ease when I was nervous. I am very happy with my results. I am free from contacts and glasses for the first time in 25 years. Thanks Dr Carlin and staff for an excellent experience.
