Overall a sad experience with this doctor. Used her for over 10 years and due to 1 incident, a google review, she refused care for my family. The years of adequate care we had from her was diminished over 1 issue, that was not even an issue with her but with her practice. I rate her so negatively due to her sitting by and not providing a voice for her patients. She allowed the practice she works for to determine if and how she could care for her patients rather than standing by her oath as a doctor to help her patients. It is painful to be with a doctor so long and her to "dismiss" your family after a review made which was discussed in person with her prior to being published and waiting over 11 months after it was published to have an issue with it. Looking back, her care for my family was typical, nothing to rave about. Hopefully, she and the practice she works for will not penalize people for their honest opinion and rather grow from it or try to discuss issues, instead of refusing to care for those who keep them in business.

My children are now over the age of 18 and Dr. Miller saw my youngest starting at 6 months old. I am very appreciative for the care and guidance she has given us over the years. Highly recommended!

Our kids have seen Dr. Miller since birth (8 years for oldest). She was referred by someone who had gone through several docs with great frustration until Dr. Miller. We appreciate how knowledgeable she is and that she does seem to stop and take a big picture approach with our kids. We also have chosen not to vaccinate and while she doesn't agree with it, she doesn't give us immense grief about it like some of the horror stories I've heard from others in similar situation with different doctors. Some of the other docs in the practice seem better than others, but we try to stay consistent with Dr. Miller and she usually figures out whatever issues quickly and effortlessly. Wait time for sick or well appointments is enough to make us entertain looking at other pediatricians. Wish she'd go on her own or with a practice where you didn't wait an hour each visit before getting to exam room.

I moved from florida and I was so unsure to change my kids from dr. But I assure you she is very good. The staff are very friendly.
