Summit Spine & Joint Centers are very concern about the level of my pains. The staff are very nice and friendly. The Doctors and Medical Staff are the best..My body hurts real bad, My Back ,and both legs, but I am so thankful the Medical Staff now has my pain under control. I scheduled an appointment with them. they told me at the time of scheduling that they couldn't prescribe pain meds because of the medication I'm already on. i told them I didn't want pain meds I needed an MRI to find out how bad the damage to my spine was and figure out where to go from there. After the intake nurse spoke with me another nurse came in and asked me if I was there for injections or pain meds because they couldn't see me for pain because of my current meds. I told her neither that I just want an MRI and then go from there. Dr. Hamilton came in asked me about what was going on with my back. As I was going over my injuries and symptoms he asked again about injections to which I told him that I don't want to do injections as I've had them before in another location of my back and it offered no pain relief,only to leave huge knots in my back that took weeks to recover from ,I let him know I didn't appreciate his nurse asking me about pain meds when I've already made it crystal clear to the nurse that that's not why I'm here.when making the appointment. I just want the MRI, find out what the damage is, then figure out what the options are and if im eligible for stem cells to which he replied that he wasn't going to order tests for the sake of ordering tests. Then said he couldn't help me. to which I replied I can give you the doctor's names and you can verify I've had 2 mri's and epidurals on my lower back and its not ordering them for the sake of ordering them but to figure out what other damge has occurred since my last mri over 14 years ago . It seems like this isn't a legitimate spine doctor just a place to get injections and get people hooked on pain meds.

Thankful for the staff and the doctors at this location. Making life saving measures and life changing treatments for people that suffer in pain. Great job team keep up the good work. It’s doesn’t go noticed.

I have never seen a doctor office full of people with not enough seating and people still coming in. My appointment was at 9:45 and it’s a hour later and I haven’t been seen this is a complete disaster. I definitely will never be coming back to this location for anything. What’s the purpose of having appointment and you are not seen on schedule time. I left there @ 12:27 pm from a 9:45 am appointment and still wasn’t seen . Is this how you treat a New Patient??? Something needs to be done about the people who are running this facility it’s ridiculous no apology …

Dr. Colön-Conde is the kindest, most compassionate doctor. He gives his time to understand each patient & their needs. He looks for ways to solve beyond medication to real solutions (such as PT, Aquatic PT, etc). He knows how to do injections, expertly and is extremely skilled in all that he says and does. Summit Spine has numerous doctors at numerous locations. I have Personally worked with him, Dr Espinal & Dr. Banon. They work with other doctors across multiple disciplines (neurology, infectious disease) & seek to bring true healing and restoration for each patient. I’ve worked with the nurses at each practice and 9x out of 10, have gotten the best care there is out there. I’ve also worked with the business office as well as the nurses and staff (for Prior Authorization issues), such as Britany (at the main office) & she took care of my every need, kindly, and quickly. I highly recommend this practice to any patient or caregiver, seeing help who, genuinely desires to get well & will do THEIR PART, to get well. And I recommend Summit Spine doctors to stand in the gap & hold their patients up, allowing for some quality of life as they seek to heal and recover from whatever pain they’re suffering from. They care, and I cannot say enough good things about this practice, about Dr. Banon (Savannah), Dr. Espinal, and Dr. Colón-Conde. 5 Stars! -Elizabeth ((Carroll)) Kowitz

Very professional and caring. Was a good experience.

Just wanted to share how happy I am with Dr. Ramon Espinal and his amazing team! They really put me first and take the time to listen to everything I have to say. We work together to figure out the best solutions, which is such a relief. Seriously, the whole staff is so caring and friendly - it's such a wonderful experience going there. Highly recommend!

Very professional. If I'm having an issue, the doctors and PA's really listen. The rest of the staff are very helpful during intake and scheduling. Thank you.
