ER isn't very good but my doctors are great .I have 5 doctors there .had cancer a d also chrohns disease. My chemo nurses art great and very compassionate and care for there patients
Went to see Frank at Summit Sports for my knee. No wait to be seen and friendly service.
We were there for a family members end of life, they made us wait outside, no seating, no anything. We were told AND signed papers days prior letting us know that all of us COULD be in the room together before extubation as well as after. It was a fight to get us all to be able to be in the room after extubation. We were not all allowed in before. We were at the hospital for over 8 hours, and we were followed & kicked out of the cafeteria. We were told that we were NOT allowed to EAT!!!!! WHAT!!!! This has to change and you NEED to do better. This was unacceptable in every area.
A year ago I gave birth here. I contemplated writing a review because I had wonderful nurses, they made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. However, the lady who did my epidural misplaced it and didn’t believe me when I told her it was not working. I read online that it is harder to place when you’re overweight, so I feel understanding about that. I just wish she payed more attention to my concern, as I felt everything that happened during and after birth. My OB was in the building on and off, but he showed up late after I had already given birth. The nurses delivered my child, and he came in after everything was said and done to stop the bleeding (I was bleeding a lot) and it was not a great Birthing experience. I’m so happy for the nurse justina & another blonde nurse that would switch in and out with her. They are truly made for this job & care about the work they do. I just got scared when another nurse said “where is dr. ___ he should be here!”
Nurses are learning there. My wife went to the ER, they took blood from her hand, it took them forever and they hurt her hand. This is her third day since they took blood amd it is still hurt.
It's been a pleasure being here and the staff has made the stay even better. From the nurses to the doctors, they have all been very respectful and friendly.
I delivered at the hospital recently, they were extremely clean, the nurses and midwives were AMAZING, our overall care was outstanding ! During our time there we dealt with medical records, emergency room staff, maternity, and pediatrics. I was thoroughly impressed with all. I couldn't have had a better experience and the covid precautions they took were great as well. Thank you to Tricia, Tasha, Suzie, and Robin and the other nurses who made my delivery a wonderful experience !!!
Went and had some lab work done today. The lady that took my blood was amazing. The woman sitting behind the computer when I walked in vaping and not wearing her mask properly...hmmm not so much.. Very unprofessional. Why is this allowed period... Shouldn't she be adhering to the same rules.. I think I was more irritated by the vaping than anything...
This place is awful. my aunt me and my grandma came to the hospital to treat a uti, we have been in the hospital for 5 hours AND WHAT KINDA HOSPITAL CLOSES AT EXACTLY 11:01 LIKE WHAT.
Very disappointed in my last experience unable to get into a doctor's office soon enough I had to come to the er with 2 female infections. I had two visits. The first time I came was ok the nurse was good I don't get to talk to a Dr which was fine, got meds went home, well the meds weren't helping I gave it a week hopeful but went back in bad pain. They told me everything was fine no infections and just gave me some prescription azo ( blatter pain relief) I left upset and worried. An other week goes by and I end up at urgent care with what?? Both of the same infections! The ones I said weren't gone! They dismissed me when I said I was still in terrible pain and knew something wasn't right, and to me it seems dangerous to just give me a numbing medication which could hide important symptoms. This was very disappointing I hope that as the ER you can better listen when a patient says they feel pain and know it's not ok

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
