When an unexpected health crisis happens to you, you want the best advice and most experienced physician you can get. Dr. Ajay Jain is that physician when it comes to cardiac issues. Dr. Jain saved my life, and I will be forever grateful. The follow-up care he provided has been exceptional. He is kind and compassionate and communicates when you need him. He has taken the time to make sure my medications met my needs. I highly recommend him and his staff for your cardiac care.

This provider and his office are a threat to the continuation of care services. I have waited for months to get a copy of my health records mailed to me. I was told by his office manager that I needed to remove my reviews to get my records. I never removed the review but it is not visible on the site. Before removing negative reviews please contact me as I have bills and receipts for payments to this doctor. Of significance, I paid out of pocket for a Sleep Apnea test and could not get the results or a prescription for the CPAP. What medical professional does that? Answer: one who should not be treating people as the oath taken to practice includes the phrase "DO NO HARM."

First time seeing Dr. Jain on 10/31and OMG the service was amazing! Dr. Jain went above and beyond in order to getting my insurance to approve a STAT test for me. I was relieved to get my results and there was nothing major going on. Dr. Jain was phenomenal and I highly recommend.

Let me tell you about Dr. Jain. He has saved my life more times than I can count. The latest being this week. 11 years ago I went into cardiac arrest. He brought me back, had me flown to St. Joseph’s in Savannah for open heart surgery, and has been my hero ever since! He is always available to me day or night. He fits me into his schedule if I ever feel “off” and this week he sent me to Augusta University because he saw I was I was in some kind of heart distress. His colleagues in Augusta, in connection with Dr. Jain, were able to find a 90% blockage in my coronary artery. The doctor who did my cath said I would have had a heart attack had Dr. Jain not immediately sent to me to Augusta. He does what is best for his patients, always has and always will. He doesn’t care about favoring other doctors, politics, drug reps, etc. Your health is his only concern. I’m alive because of his diligence in my overall heart and cardio health. I always tell him “you’re my hero”.

Dr. Jain has been my mother’s Doctor for over 5yrs, he has been so amazing, anytime something is going on with my mother and she has to be hospitalized for her heart or whatever reason Dr. Jain always shows up to make sure She’s in the best hands, He gets her back feeling better then ever, I can truly say Dr. Jain goes above and beyond for his patients.. Added bonus Dr. Jain has good bedside manners.. We are very Blessed❤️

In June of this year my primary care physician J Dorsey Smith, MD referred me to Ajay Jain, MD for evaluation of intermittent chest pain and shortness of breath. Dr Jain promptly began his evaluation and on July 11th performed angiography at EGRMC and diagnosed me with triple vessel disease. He immediately began the process of transferring me to MHUMC in Savannah for triple bypass surgery. I escaped the widow maker and am incredibly grateful. Dr Jain saved my life!!! Simple as that. I was seen almost immediately by Dr Jain after a recent echo cardiogram and he placed me in for a Cath study which resulted in stints being placed. He is a compassionate and skilled practitioner and one that I would trust myself or my own family with. I drive from Savannah to see him and I am a physician myself. I trust him and his guidance completely! His staff are efficient and professional but what I like best is how well they speak of Dr Jain. The staff are great and you can tell they like working for the Doctor. That says a lot. Thank You for your care Dr Jain!!!
