Honestly they were supposed to make me an appointment to follow up with some test results and have yet to do so that was almost 2 months ago, I was told because I take bloodthinners not to go to a anyone but them for medications so I call them because ive had a bladder infection for like 3 weeks and the woman who answered the phone sounds really annoyed so I remind her they told me to not go anywhere but to them if I need medications so she gets even more annoyed and tells me "yea you can take antibiotics" then hangs up the phone. I swear if I could find a new cardiologist I would in a heart beat.

Third visit here and have waited over an hour every single time. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then you get back to a room and still wait another thirty minutes. The front desk nurse is horrible rude. Do NOT recommend

The nurse up front is very rude. I have currently been sitting here for two hours and have still yet to see the doctor. I will not be returning here.

Dr. Chappell and his staff were awesome! I spent a lot of time in the office but it is understandable. He's a cardiologist and I do not want him to rush through my appointment and miss anything. So I was very patient and he was very patient with me and all of my questions. He took the time to answer and explain all of my questions.
