I’m writing a formal complaint to the Georgia medical board. Don’t go here the doctor won’t even speak to you and they don’t care about your pain at all. They will waste your time and just take your money There are more doctors who actually care but this one doesn’t I’m telling you 100 percent find another doctor if you go here you will only have regret and your pain. The entire staff is wonderful helpful caring and thorough. Dr. Rountree himself well you couldnt ask for better. His bedside manner is very comforting. His tone and verbiage as he explains things help relieve any anxiety you may have before and during procedure. I m very thankful that I am being cared for now by Dr.Rountree. I was scheduled to go to a different Dr in a different town but things changed and Im so thankful they did.

I would recommend this group. The doctor and staff are courteous. They work eagerly to find the source and treat your pain. I will continue to be seen there

I went there and they said they no longer prescribe pain medication and I am in excruciating pain I have several place is broken in my neck my back if my right foot was completely shattered my left shoulder along with many other parts of my body. The doctor said they no longer prescribe narcotics and thats the only thing that works so there were no help to me

I would never refer anyone to this place. The NP is very snotty and rude with no compassion. Not sure how any of the Drs are because we never have seen either have been twice. My husband had several injuries back surgery then liver transplant. The man has been through a lot and shouldn’t have to deal with the pain. No one I don’t care who you are should have to live in the bed the rest of your life. Ridiculous. We walked out and will never go back. They are liars......billed twice and never saw the Dr or treated...We heard that the staff at Optim is very rude maybe they should switch with this pain clinic.

I have been coming here for several years to see Dr Routon. You can not ask for a better Dr or staff to work with. They all are very caring and very understanding people as they know your in pain and you do not always have the best attitude to want to be nice. I have never had a bad experience with anyone and I very highly recommend them if you are in need of pain management..
