OMGOODNESS DONT DELIVER HERE I SAW A NUMBER OF GREAT DELIVERIES BUT THE AFTER CARE WAS HORRIBLE IF U DONT GET AN EPISIOTOMYSTITCHES ULL BE SENT HOME WITH 1 12 DAYS OF PAIN RELIEF. THE AVERAGE WOMAN IS IN PAIN FOR UP TO A WEEK. DR PALMER IS BARBARIC WITH AFTER CARE. HAVE UR BABY ANY PLACE ELSE BUT HERE.
This hospital is absolutely horrendous. I don’t recommend it to people who ACTUALLY need help. Doctors will act like there is nothing wrong with you and give you medicine that you can very well get from CVS pharmacy. They are rude and sarcastic and make the hospital experience much more less enjoyable than it already is. Absolutely unacceptable.
I had a family member brought in by EMS for seizures. The ER staff ICU staff and General floor staff were all excellent. With a Nurse in the immediate family I know how tough the job can be. The staff at East Ga Regional were all kind patient and helpful. Every Nurse nursing assistant and staff member went out of their way to make our time there as good as possible. The doctors all took their time with us and answered all of our questions and the care was excellent.
I was in the ICU unit on the second floor and the male nurse named Robert was really extremely mean to me talk to me really rough and handled me really roughly I dont recommend anybody go to that hospital those people are not nice
I have gone to EGRMC for procedures and to be admitted and I have ALWAYS had positive experiences with staff nurses doctors etc.
This is the worst hospital I’ve ever visited. They’re kind which is the only reason they get 1 star but I’ll share my 2 most recent visits. My daughter has what looks like the result of a poisonous spider bite on her finger. We don’t know what it is. The doctor said he’d take a culture of it to see what’s going on. After he takes the culture he puts the test tube on the counter and leaves the room. The nurse came in to do another because they didn’t know the doctor took the sample already and left it in our room. It’s been over 36 hours and now they tell us they didn’t even run the test. Another example I dislocated my jaw after a seizure. I went to the hospital to make sure the seizure didn’t cause brain damage. They ran no tests asked me questions while I couldn’t move my jaw because it was dislocated and then told me my jaw was not dislocated and nothing was wrong with me. Horrible hospital. This place is like a car mechanic that sabotages your vehicle to make sure you come back to give them more money. Don’t go here. Go to Savannah.
The techs were great but I was really disappointed in the enforcement of masks by patients. There are people who are immunecompromised in this building but patients are allowed to sneeze cough and talk around others in waiting rooms while not wearing a mask. If you’re an institution of public health promote it.
WORSE HOSPITAL EVER‼️ BEEN WAITING OVER HOURS AND STILL HAVENT BEEN CALLED BACK. BLOOD PRESSURE HIGH AND FEELING SHARP PAINS AND STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN BY A DOCTOR. WE GOTTA DO BETTER STATESBORO 🤦🏾♂️
I love it.
My birthing experience at East Georgia Regional was exceptional. Everyone was so helpful and patient with me during my stay.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
