If I could give you a no star rating I would. This doctor about killed me! He was completely reckless during my delivery. I was lucky I was at the hospital with my newborn when I almost bleed to death. The doctors and nurses who care for me that day said if I had been at home I wouldn’t have made it. Do not let dr Lake touch you.

Dr. Lake performed a Laparoscopic Robotic Hysterectomy on me 7 weeks ago. Best decision ever! The pain was basically non existent and I was up and walking the next day. Wish I would have had this procedure done years ago!!

Went in to talk to Dr. Lake about getting pregnant in the next year as well as about genetic testing for my husband. He was very insensitive about our genetic situation (my husband is at risk for a fatal disease) and also kept trying to push me into getting an IUD instead of using condoms, despite me telling him repeatedly that I do not do well on hormonal birth control and am not interested in trying it again. He argued with me every time and told me I should “project” my beliefs onto different birth control methods before trying them. I’m sorry, since when does “No means no” not apply to doctors?

Dr Lake is awesome!!! Very knowledgable of OBGYN issues and releated! Listens to your concerns and offers support and advice! Great bedside manner! Very pleased with this doctor!!!!

I am 37 years old and have been a patient of Dr. Lake's since I was in my mid-20s. Dr. Lake delivered my child and has performed two nececessary laparoscopic surgeries to remove ectopic pregnancies. He has excellent bedside manner and goes above and beyond to spend time with his patients. Very caring and compassionate.
