My appointment was at 3:45 I got there a little early. I was supposed to see Dr. Clark after waiting in the waiting room for over an hour I was called back only to wait another hour and a half. Finally Dr. Iris came in and ask if it would be ok for her to see me. I was supposed to be set up for an MRI and still have not received a call about that yet. The office staff is or is not friendly according to what day you go on. The wait time is crazy!!!!

Dr Iris herself is a decent doctor. But combined with her office staff, it is a very poor experience. It has taken more than a month for her office to get medications and necessary scans approved by insurance. A half a dozen phone calls have never been returned. After my interaction this week with multiple people in the office, it is more than apparent that my health is not anyone's priority. I've filled a complaint with my insurance company and have began looking for a new doctor.
