Dr Hiller has always exceeded my expectations! Wonderful bedside manner and always takes time to make sure that I feel comfortable and all needs are met. Great staff also! I am a 15 year patient, and he has delivered all three of my children. Highly recommend!

As a healthcare provider I hold my personal providers to an almost unobtainable standard. Dr. Hiller not only meets but exceeds my expectations. I personally would recommend him and say a prayer for him and his family every night. Thank you for your relentless advocation for your patients; it does not go unnoticed!

Unless you want to wait 2+ hours to be seen, never see Dr. Hiller, be told news by an ultrasound tech that breaks ethics by sharing information, and be left in a waiting room crying from unfavorable news... then I would suggest finding somewhere else to go. The only good thing that came out of this office was the fire lit inside me to fight for my health and being treated appropriately. I spent multiple appointments/calls at this office complaining of pain and being told "we don't see anything" and "cramps are going to hurt." Then after continuing in pain for another year they offered surgery for endometriosis. I never once saw Dr. Hiller until THE DAY OF surgery. He didn't even speak to my husband after surgery to brief him on what he saw and how it went. At my post op appointment I was not able to see the pictures taken during surgery because "they were not sent over from the hospital" that is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET and I still didn't even see Dr. Hiller to ask any questions. I only saw the NP and since she didn't perform the surgery every question I asked she had to leave the room to go ask him. Wouldn't it have taken less time if he would have just came in to answer the questions himself?? Sounds like he either 1. thinks he is above speaking to patients himself or 2. down right lazy. Two months later we got pregnant and that's when I had the horrendous experience with the ultrasound tech. She told me, while in the middle of the ultrasound, "I am not seeing a heartbeat, I would be cautiously excited." I'm sorry, WHAT? Cautiously excited?? Ok. Then she proceeded with "come back in a week and we will look again, if we don't see anything then the doctor will do a procedure to remove the pregnancy." Gotcha. Last I checked, an ultrasound tech is supposed to consult with the physician before the patient according to the scope of practice defined by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography: Code of Ethics Principle 2d. Keep in mind, Dr. Hiller (who was in the office, because he was walking through the hall) NEVER ONCE CAME TO SPEAK TO ME. I then decided I was going to another doctor and get a second opinion. I went to Savannah and received much better care. I am now having endometriosis surgery AGAIN, less than a year later. I just received the surgery notes and pictures from the surgery Dr. Hiller performed last November after inquiring for the past 11 months. This has been a nightmare of an experience and I would hate for it to happen to anyone else.

Love this doctor's office and all the staff. Over the past year I have visited Dr. Hiller's office 10+ times for fertility treatments. Every experience I was treated with kindness. Couldn't say enough about how great they are.

Man I don’t now what these people are taking about but Dr. Hiller is amazing. Honestly, I’ve been going to Southern OBGYN since 2011 and have never had a bad experience! Yes sometimes it can be packed but that has to do with insurance logistics. Anyway, I moved to Atlanta and I’m sorry I don’t have them anymore. I’ve gone down to Statesboro to go back. Dr. Hiller is the best male gyn. He’s not creepy and he lets the nurses do stuff for you. He knows that women are pretty good at knowing our lady parts so when you have a concern he’s VERY good at getting you what you need. The people in his office are also very friendly. I think there may have been one nurse in all the years I’ve been going that I didn’t like but she was only taking vitals. I never saw her again. But don’t slander this man and his practice. It’s great!

I moved to Savannah and it has been a while since I have been to a doctor. I decided that I would just not switch doctors since I have seen Dr. Hiller for a while. When I called to schedule and appointment they said I have missed appointments in the past, so I no longer can be scheduled. I worked for a doctor for years and I know how it is when a patient misses and a appointment and I always call to let the offices know, because it throws off the schedule. I said that and the secretary said no I didn't. I was not about to argue with a front desk staff because that accomplishes nothing. They are always so busy, I'm not sure if me canceling just got lost by the wayside, and now I'm the one effected as a patient. What does losing one patient matter to a place that has patients flowing so much, they have a waiting room for after you leave the waiting room. Anyways, Dr. Hiller is nice if you can get in to see him.

Back staff was awful, no smiles just miserable, I was live stock. N.P. did breast exam over my gown! I will not go back. Please consider re vamping your entire office. And look at the way you are short cutting your women's once a year exam.
