Kendall Griffith's Online Review Report Card

ATTENTION PEOPLE OF COLOR Dr. Kendall Griffith is nice on the surface but when it comes to differential diagnosis scenarios like most doctors he sticks to what the pharmaceutical reps tell him. Adverse reactions to medicine is just not in his radar because like most docs they believe if it’s helping the main concern then the patient should live with the side effects… Now the ABSOLUTE reason I have to leave this review…Dr Griffith’s Nurse and assistant Cardiology Nurse Ms. Jenkins is nasty on all levels even without her speaking, you feel the anger. She needs to retire immediately she has literally made a mockery of patient care and has no bed side manner what’s so ever. As a black person When a white person is unprovoked and they are angry with you it usually means it’s racial issue. Asking questions is normal but not with this lady. She acted like she was more irritated that I was articulate enough to ask real questions about prescription side effects. As a Nurse you would think her demeanor would be more pleasant but she is icy. The temperature in the room literally changes when she walks in She makes my elderly family member uncomfortable She stares at her and makes faces and sarcastic noises. And even when two of my family members were in the room the one who wasn’t the patient said they felt like she has a bad disposition. Her energy is just negative! Even though Dr. Griffin comes highly recommended. And he is a caring doctor his nurse is the reason why I left this review. I can’t believe she has a job. She behaves like a spoiled brat by yelling at people when she is confronted about her rudeness. She literally reminds me of a toddler. Angry when things don’t go her way. People of color are drawn to Dr.Griffith he does saves lives just ask not to have Nurse Jenkins interact with you I promise you will regret it. Heart patients don’t need extra stress and this women causes it on many levels.

Dr. Griffith has the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. He is an excellent physician.

I had an appointment this morning, I walk in the door at 8:35, my appointment was at 8:30, no one was there to open office at 8:30. They informed me my appointment was canceled. Now they have called me many times and left messages, not this time. I called yesterday to confirm. I will not go back I will find a cardiologists that has a competent staff. I took the day off from work, which was difficult because I see patients all day. Very poor service, I would find another.

Amazing man!! I drive 2 hours to see him and he comes to my town!! I do not care for the staff or other doctors here, so uncaring and unorganized.The staff in the Statesboro office are the best.

He is by far one of the best doctors I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to know. He saved my mother in law's life and the staff is also awesome. I truly appreciate him.

Dr. Griffith is not only a GREAT Cardiologist but also a Great person. He is passionate about each any every patient. My wife and I traveled from St.Croix U.S. Virgin Islands to see him. He makes sure to explain everything in detail. He did a TEE, a Cardio Version and a Heart Cath on me. All went very well and he was able to stop my AFIB. His office staff are EXCELLENT. They too are very caring and it was a pleasure meeting them.

Best cardiologist hands down

Had my first appointment with him today and I never saw him....I saw a nurse and a nurse PA....Staff was very nice. but not impressed I did not get to see the DOCTOR regarding my heart.
